Horrible customer service. I went to pick up pre-order, the food was on the counter, but the coffee wasn’t ready so I asked one of the baristas if she had a coffee for me. She told me it was probably coming up. When I asked again after watching several other people get orders, she gave me the coffee, and explained the there’s an estimated time on the receipt when the order would be ready. I said I understood but thought it was unusual that only one part was ready.

As I walked out, she said to another coworker “he’s really entitled”…. hearing this, I turned around and told her that I’m not entitled, and said she shouldn’t talk about customers behind their back. Instead of apologizing, she doubled down and said she said it while I was in the store! She then cited other instances when I had acted entitled.

I went in two more times because I thought maybe they would see me and apologize (and because I like the coffee cake) but will never go there again even though I work in the building, my coworkers won’t go, and neither will anyone I tell this story to unless the enjoy rude service and having the baristas talk about...

Cherry st coffee is one of my favorite Seattle coffee houses and I frequent the 12th ave location by my house. This morning I decided to stop through the Olive location on my walk to work. I was on a phone call and put the person on hold to order an iced late. When a hot late came onto the bar I told the barista that I ordered iced. I was going to offer for her to just pour it over ice but she immediately offered to remake it. The offer was appreciated but when she handed it to me she said "next time make sure you're off the phone when you order and we'll get your order right the first time." The remark was totally inappropriate and I left the store feeling embarrassed and frustrated which is not how I want to start my day... It's doubtful that I'll return to this establishment and I hope to not experience this at other locations. Management should hone in the...

The staff was really nice, the service was quick. Asked for no utensils and no bag, they did a great job with that (most places still give you the extras even after asking them not to).

I got a cheesy tomato basil egg sandwich and the fresh basil was delicious. I also got a rice bowl for later to eat at lunch since I wouldn’t be able to get out, I ate it cold since I didn’t have a microwave to use and it was yummy. Had eggplant, rice, and what looks like some kind of lentil (or maybe barley?) mixed in with the rice. Enjoyed the food overall, though I would say a bit pricey for what it is, but I would still recommend.

UPDATE: forgot that they gave me dressing and pickled veggies to add to the rice bowl, so I added that in (see last photo) and it...

As a coffee expert, I visited Cherry Street Coffee House in Seattle on a weekend day and was impressed by the quality of the coffee. The Americano had a smooth, well-balanced flavor that showcased the high quality of the beans, and the latte was expertly crafted with perfectly frothed milk. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the cafe made it a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee and catch up with friends. While the prices were a bit high, the quality of the coffee and the friendly service made it worth it. I highly recommend Cherry Street Coffee House to anyone in Seattle looking for a top-notch coffee experience.

Cherry Street Coffee House is a delightful spot to start your morning right. With a cozy ambiance and friendly staff, it’s the go-to place for a comforting breakfast. Their menu boasts a variety of options, but the star is undoubtedly the egg and cheese bagel. It’s perfectly toasted, with a generous helping of fluffy eggs and melted cheese that tantalizes the taste buds. Whether you’re in for a quick bite or a leisurely brunch, Cherry Street Coffee House ensures a satisfying experience with their top-notch breakfast offerings. Definitely a must-visit for anyone in the area!
