Solid bagel shop. It’s a bit pricey, but the bagels are good. If you order one of their bagel sandwiches you can choose what bagel you want to use.

I personally like their lox bagel or I get a sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese on the side and that’s great too. My boyfriend enjoys their turkey club. I don’t really like their avocado toast bagel. It tastes basically like a salad on bread and I’m not a big fan of sprouts. But if I were to get it again, I would add an egg to give it more flavor contrast.

They have great service here. I don’t feel like I wait too long for my order (like 10 minutes max). There can be a line sometimes in the morning but it moves steadily. They have a few tables and chairs to sit at around the shop, so I usually wait there after ordering.

Also one time their payment kiosk was down and the person at the counter personally informed everyone in line that they could only do room charge. I really appreciated that they did that instead of you waiting until you get to the front of the line to figure out you can’t use Apple Pay.

Also another time I had to change my order after I paid to another bagel sandwich and they didn’t even charge for the difference! So nice!

The bagel shop is inside the Hyatt, right though the lobby. The Hyatt has a sleek design and the bagel shop is no different.

Overall when I stay at the Hyatt I always look forward to getting bagels from here. Great bagels and...

Conveniently located in a hotel lobby accessible to guests and the public alike.

Although the staff is pleasant, it is insufficient to handle the morning rush, resulting in a 15 minute wait and wrong orders.

The bagel itself is fresh, thus the two stars, but it was not prepared correctly. I ordered a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese but was given the bagel slathered in so much butter I had to scrape off a pile of butter; sadly, did not discover this until after I left. The orders of the three patrons before me were also wrong adding to the delayed service. Finally, they did not wipe the prep board or knife between bagels, so my bagel had bits of onion/garlic from the everything bagel they sliced/prepared prior to mine.

Would...

Loved the bagels here but a few things were itching in my brain.

It's card only establishment but there is a cash tip jar. Which is fine, but the pressure feels sad.

The drinks and food are amazing, but expensive. I'm from east coast. We don't charge 5 for a bagel

Today was quite interesting because it's our last day in Seattle, I wanted to treat myself to a chai. The woman who wasn't usually in the coffee bar section had an attitude when I asked her if there was chai in the drink. I only tasted soy. Mind you my brother and I are both or once baristas. AND we've had the Chai lattes here before during this trip.

It left a bad taste for my last experience at this specific location.

Everyone else was nice...

This bagel shop is great! They have GF bagels and vegan options as well for ppl with dairy allergies. Elizabeth was really friendly and got to know my order over the week that I stayed at the hotel which made me feel special. The rest of the staff were friendly as well. My husband really liked the normal bagels as they have tons of options for everyone.

I ordered a tub of cream cheese for my bagels for the week, cost ~ $8.00 - we live across the street. And this is what I got, an unsealed sipper cup that I cannot close up. My question is, If you did not have a tub, shouldn't the person selling it to me inform me of this? They were busy but that is no excuse. I am in awe. This is weird. Not too happy
