Your restaurant is always empty and I now why know. Around 11:45 am I called and asked if they served slices for lunch. I was told yes but they’re not ready till 12:10pm. So at 1pm still lunch time for the working world I walk in to be told they only do one and it’s for the kids when they get out of school. This important information to tell customers when they call. I thought I’d try you for the first time new to the neighborhood but I guess if you want a quick bite when working from home you can only do that with chaos of school kids. I’ve driven by and seen no more than one table in your restaurant if not an empty one. You might want to rethink your business motto and make sure you’re available for lunch specials for everybody especially since the working class can spend more money to help support your local business and employees then high school kids.
I wish my review edit was better. The top part is from around the end of September. So I wish I could give you more starts on a second try today Oct. 13, 2022. I order two pizzas one cheese and a specialty. Staff is great, place was still empty when I picked up. The pizza is nothing to get excited for. The crust is just your frozen pre-made crust. It doesn't take much to make fresh dough and what it does for the flavor of pizza is great. Wish my second try and actually trying the pizza this time I could say I'll be back but I wont. The pizza game is strong in this area a change to a fresh dough would...
Read moreWe had a private event for my dad's 70th Birthday party. It was amazing- thank you to the owners and the entire Olimpia Pizza staff to make it so special. The food was amazing, real gourmet -they had prepared a special menu (perfectly grilled steak pieces, rack of Lamb, very fresh and well selected grilled to perfection vegetables, salmon on a plank that was exceptional, ribs, a bean and pork dish, saffron rice and duck, salad, sides and much more). All of it was absolutely amazing. All our guest made great compliments and had really enjoyed it. The ambience was great as well, it's a very stylish and cozy place- love the interior design. The owner also helped decorate for the event, which was very beautiful and helpful for us. The owners are involved in the daily operations and it really makes a difference when people care about the quality of food and service they provide. I would highly recommend it for any event up to 40-50 people or less. They will work with you to make your occasion and day special. As for regular dining- it's great for casual dates, family, even larger groups, since many of the tables can be combined. Pizza is the only food I had tried from their regular menu and was delicious :) Parking is the only thing that is a bit of a challenge, but that is an issue for any restaurant or shop in the city, so it was...
Read moreInitially attracted by a birthday coupon but this place was far beyond the expectation!! Interior and atmosphere was entirely upgraded — Now it looked like a fine dining restaurant.
Food was surprisingly well prepared. We ordered a spinach and bacon salad, and sauce was carefully and evenly spread on greens. This is really important to improve salads’ flavor and texture… So great. Bacon was also just perfectly cooked, neither too crispy nor too raw.
As I wanted Americanized Italian dishes when decided to come here, I ordered a baked spaghetti and it was super delicious in its own kind. Look at my video! Chicken breast in Calzone was plump and soft — another surprise. It is SO hard to prevent chicken breast from being dry, chewy, or brined too much. They did really great job!
Service was also exquisite. The lady who took care of our table was super sweet and attentive. We appreciated it a lot.
The May birthday coupon could be used again until the end of this month, so we’re willing to visit again if time allows. Even without a coupon, we do want to come back and try their pizza and chicken parmesan, too:)
If you want American/Greek style Italian, this spot is an absolute neighborhood gem. Wish this spot thrives forever so we always could come back and...
