Pagliacci is one of the largest dine-in or take-out pizza chains in Seattle, yet it somehow emulates a small business in that the dishes are made with care and attention. Whole pizzas are thrown and made to order and absolutely baked to perfection. If you're looking for New York style pizza, you may want to look elsewhere! However, if you want a flavorful, hot, crispy, and satisfying pizza, this is absolutely the place for you. Somehow, Pagliacci has made a notoriously indulgent meal such as pizza feel like lighter fare! It was not greasy, oily, or heavy at all but still hit the spot :) We ordered a medium margherita pizza to-go. Despite traveling, the crust maintained a pleasant crisp on the bottom and still had a pleasant chew. Toppings were dispersed evenly and surprisingly flavorful given the simplicity of a margherita. There is a good balance of customer service and maintaining upkeep of the restaurant and other tasks displayed by the employees pleasant and welcoming demeanor, quick service, and extremely clean environment (they have an excellent cleanliness rating). I do have to say that whole pizzas are kind of expensive, which was expected given the location, but honestly worth it for a special treat or night out. They do sell individual slices that are moderately priced if you don't feel like dropping $15-30 on one pizza without any sides. I won't return regularly, but I will definitely be back.

Not the best Pagliacci location by any means. It's street parking on a busy road unless you're lucky to get one of their 3 spots. Their crust is consistently a lot chewier (acceptable usually, but not airy like other locations) and their staff is stingy. I had to beg them to give my toddler a free slice on their 2 free slice day despite us being regulars - and they begrudgingly offered for her only 1 plain cheese slice. Unfortunately, it's the closest thing to NY pizza that's super convenient to drive to, so they get our business. If you're around Magnuson, their Sandpoint location is consistently all around much better! Finally, check out the photo for an example of their stinginess. All slices were like this. My toddler asked for artichoke pizza and so we paid for the topping to find that there was a total of 1-2 slices worth spread throughout the entire pizza. Note: excluding 1 real piece, the others you see are small individual layers of a piece, leather-like and no real meat to them. My husband served our plates hence the missing slices, but I had to ask him if we ordered artichoke since mine didn't have any.

We stumbled into Pagliacci Pizza while waiting for our table at Kamonegi. It was a happy accident, and between the 2 places, our best meal of the night was at Pagliacci Pizza. They have pizza by the slice and are constantly making new pies. We asked what they had coming up, and upon hearing Pepperoni, we waited for 2 fresh slices. My wife also got their Sun-Dried Tomato and Mushroom pizza. It took about 10 mins to receive our order, but it was well worth it. The pizzas were thin crust with a good balance of tomato sauce and gooey, stretchy cheese. The pepperonis were of good quality, and there were some heavenly bites. Normally, I prefer meat, but the Sun-Dried Tomato and Mushroom Pizza was excellent! There's so much flavor. When I come back to Seattle, I will definitely come here again for some awesome pizza!

PSA: all reviews are given 5 stars as I am opposed to ratings that allow users to make judgements about an establishment without reading the details.

In the land of local "chain" pizza places, Pagliacci's reigns supreme. Lucky for those of us that live in "Wallingmont", this location is the best of the best Pagliacci has to offer. I am of the opinion that when you have multiple locations, crust/dough and sauce begin to go down in quality. Not here! It feels as though they treat each store as the local spot, and they work hard to keep the quality and execution high. Regardless of the style of pizza they execute at a consistently high level.

Another huge hit is there great customer service. Always courteous, friendly, and fast; I am very appreciative that this company takes this seriously.

Lastly, there app is about the best I have seen. Super easy to order, navigation is very user friendly. And they have got customization DOWN! This is the ONLY app I have used that allows you to swap ingredients without being charged or having to write a message explaining what you want. Huge thank you for investing in getting this right. Makes ordering a little...
