I love this pizza place - it's probably my favorite in Seattle. Every pie I order is consistently excellent! They're made fast with high quality ingredients. The second to last time I ordered a pizza, I used the app (which is great!), and when I picked up the pizza they told me next time that I could have substituted two ingredients on one of their pizzas and saved money over building my own. I had to email customer service because there was a small error on my pizza that I just wanted to tell them about, not get anything back for, and they also told me again that I could have subbed ingredients on another pizza to save money! And they sent me a gift card to make up for their mistake, which was more than I wanted, yet it was still appreciated.
Pagliacci makes a pie with a great crust of just about perfect thickness, a flavorful sauce that isn't overpowering, and fresh quality ingredients. We always order the large and we'll get two filling meals out of it easy. Right now they have a bacon and leeks pizza, which I'm not really interested in trying, but that means they have bacon to add to their pizzas! I wish they would always have it, but I'll just enjoy it for the month that they do! The perfect pizza right now is the Brooklyn bridge, subbing bacon, Canadian bacon and baked on tomatoes in place of onions, green peppers and Italian sausage. We were trying to replicate an old favorite called the Hochstatter pizza from Chico's Pizza in Moses Lake (a childhood favorite), and it was amazing! They should have a pizza design competition (I've got a date stamp on my perfect pizza suggestion!), and add the winners to the menu.
The pizza is great, the customer service is better, and you can buy a six pack of beer with your order so you don't have to make another stop. They aren't my favorite pizza ever, but they rank high up there, and they are my favorite in the area. Try them out, you won't be disappointed. Add to that the fact that they will suggest ways to not charge you extra money for your special pizza, and they go above and beyond if you have a problem, Pagliacci Pizza will continue to feed my...
Read moreThe pizza is good and never had issues with the location, but these prices have gotten outrageous, especially for delivery. One large pizza and a six pack was already fifty bucks for a delivery less than a mile away, and now that's been increased by almost ten dollars in a month! Extra dollars tacked on to the service fee, extra dollars tacked on to the same pizza from a month ago, even an extra dollar for a six pack of Coke! How can they possibly justify the increased service fee when that isn't even going to the drivers? Just simple corporate greed taking a bite out of the workers, figuring people will just pay less in tip to make up the difference.
I won't be ordering from them again as long as these prices are this absurd, even for in-store pickup. This place makes decent pizza for a chain, but it's still chain store pizza and no way is it worth this much. Even with inflation, these are ridiculous markups. Save yourself the cash and buy a whole stack of frozen pizza and throw a party, or go to an actual decent dine-in restaurant instead for food that...
Read moreI bought a medium size, extra pepperoni and a large salad to the tune of $45 after tax and $3 tip.
Pizza was underbaked, there was no extra pepperoni, each slice had average of 2 to 4 pieces of pepperoni. They describe it as a "veritable blanket of pepperoni" in their menu and it was anything but that. The pizza feeds 2 people at most, and the large salad was missing. They asked if i got it yet. So they went back and made one. It slso bately feeds 2 people and is a whopping $12.99 for what essentially is a $5 grocery store sized salad out of the deli.
Sorry but i probably wouldnt come back to this location.
I want the old Pagliacci back. This is poverty level pizza for exorbitant prices. Also their menus are dirty with greasy thumb prints all over. They claim they never get any from the company so apparently they just reuse paper menus.
The decor is nonexistent except for a few old movie posters. Very sterile vibe all around and not what I'd expect from a...
