I love the staff here, they know my voice, and therefore my order, when I call, always friendly and fast. The pho here is delicious, with decent portions. I always get #1 with extra steak, cuz I've been going here for over a decade and tried a lot of the menu years ago, now I have my preference. If you're not used to pho, #1 is the tastiest, most "tourist" friendly pho on the menu, and it's also great for when you aren't feeling well.. add a small dab of sriracha (they give you a small container with a mixture of sriracha and hoisin sauces for to go orders, but you can request one or the other or to have both seperate), to your broth along with the basil provided.. you'll feel so much better. Cold or stomach bug, doesn't matter, it always helps.. even when I haven't been able to eat anything else. It's good anytime, but it's my go to for sick days especially. I also like their fried rolls, pork chops, and the drink/bubble tea menu has some...
Read moreI don't usually write reviews but I had a terrible experience here. Probably the worst I've ever had eating out.The lady/owner was so rude to me. We had a BOGO for 99 cent bubble tea and the description on the email clearly said for teas and smoothies and she said that the email was wrong and did not honor it in such a rude manner. She ruined dinner for me and my friends and just had terrible service. She did not care what so ever about our experience and even got our orders wrong. My friend asks for lychee jelly and the lady gave her pineapple which she was allergic to and of course the lady didn't think she was at fault. The food is below average. Plenty of better and cleaner places out there. Never going back again and hope the owner and management changes. Worst restaurant experience ever. This place makes me never want to...

Located in the waiting lobby of Pho Hoa.
Very small bubble tea shop in the lobby of a pho restaurant.
Street parking only.
Menu is located behind the register. Pretty descriptive enough. I like the fact that you can substitute the milk with coconut milk.
Service: order and pay at the stand, wait for your drink. You can add boba to any drink.
Mango Tango with coconut milk: not the best I've tasted. I'd go here as a last resort if you're really craving a drink. Yes mango flavored, but nothing noteworthy. Very generous volume of liquid. I found a piece of paper straw wrapper blended inside as well. I spat it out luckily. Quality control is not a thing here apparently.
Toppings are at an...
