Great neighborhood. Great neighbors. Great place to call home! Lots of tasty restaurants and small businesses nearby. This neighborhood not only includes several amenities, but also has a rich history and culture often celebrated with parades, street fairs, and lion dances. It's one block away from the Wing Luke Museum – the only museum in the world celebrating Asian Pacific Americans, and home to the largest Bruce Lee exhibit outside of Hong Kong!

As to be expected with downtown living, it will get noisy sometimes, but the culture, location, and amenities really...
