Great neighborhood. Great neighbors. Great place to call home! Lots of tasty restaurants and small businesses nearby. This neighborhood not only includes several amenities, but also has a rich history and culture often celebrated with parades, street fairs, and lion dances. It's one block away from the Wing Luke Museum – the only museum in the world celebrating Asian Pacific Americans, and home to the largest Bruce Lee exhibit outside of Hong Kong!

I live in a decently-sized studio (pictured) that's big enough for one or two people. The units are either one-bedroom or studio and are not cookie-cutter so you'll get a variety of layouts to choose from. Residents are primarily young working professionals living alone or as couples. The neighbors I've met are very friendly, and we look out for each other.

This is a newly-renovated building that gets cleaned and taken care of very often. There are several new washers and dryers on the first floor so I never have to wait to do laundry. There's a rooftop patio where I can watch the Torchlight Parade in the summer. There's also a community lounge where meetings will be held from time to time about public safety. The building manager is a chill, and very responsive, guy who knows almost everyone in the neighborhood, including a lot of the elderly folks.

For a downtown apartment, the rent is pretty reasonable and based off your income. I've seen much higher rates in Columbia City where public transit isn't as accessible, and you have to live with roommates. As to be expected with downtown living, it will get noisy sometimes, but the culture, location, and amenities really...

I was greeted with warmth and professionalism , always making me feel welcome. I couldn't have dreamed of a nicer place to call home. I want to update this and say that I'm leaving my apartment here but I want everyone to know that management is on the job always improving security etc. as needed and becomes apparent . You couldn't find a better quality place to live and I will miss...

I've lived here for 5 years. Not only has this apartment stolen over 10k from me claiming I didn't pay rent (which i have proof I did) but it's infested with bed bugs and cock roaches which they r doing nothing about.
