Pho Than Brothers — Restaurant in Seattle

Pho Than Brothers was a great overall experience. The dining area, whilst not the largest area, is open and can accommodate large groups. During my visit they were able to host a group of about twenty person, and still have plenty of room for other patrons. The staff is welcome and friendly. My order was brought to my table within three minutes of ordering. The service is extremely quick, and the staff is very attentive throughout the whole experience. I ordered the Pho Cay - Veggie Pho, Tra Sam (Ginseng Tea), and Nuoc Dua (Young Coconut Drink). The pho was amazing, and was brought to the table hot. The x-large bowl is very big, and maybe impossible for most to finish on one setting. I was unable to finish it. The chili oil adds a nice touch if you enjoy that sort of taste. The Enoki mushrooms and tofu were my favourite parts of the broth. Getting a mushroom or tofu chunk with the noodles was a flavorful experience for your mouth. I could eat this bowl daily. The young coconut drink was the best coconut drink I've had in a glass. There's also a piece of the coconut jelly included in the glass that takes the beverage to another level. The drink has a sweet taste, but not over bearing by any means. Perfection! The ginseng tea was from Stash with honey added. I've always enjoyed Stash tea and this experience was no different. Asian lady with fake blonde hair is prejudiced against Asian men (!)

I've gone here a few times a week for almost 2 months and the service went down hill drastically for some reason for the last 2 weeks I was there

I had to ask them to add more soup I had to ask them to give more meat I had to ask them every other time

Their extra large was like medium (!)

After a week or 2 of it, I stopped going and found a different pho place now that only charges $14 for Better Pho than here

Over there...I've noticed Asian guys eating pho for the first time in 2 months...the Asian lady with fake blonde hair is using the store as her Tinder app...and filters out Asian guys by being mean to them

I'm the only Asian guy who cared to let the owners know

Gives you cream puffs with your order in addition to a great serving of a variety of fixings to make your pho perfect. This is my favorite pho place the meat and broth are always high quality, the don’t skimp on the extras, and the price is very fair. For under $20 you can get a healthy dinner for two that’s yummy and filling and even includes a little dessert. I’ve been going here for two years now and going elsewhere the other day made me realize how much I appreciated this place and I know people are more prone to leaving negative reviews for places than going out of their way to leave good ones so I wanted to make sure this place got the praise it deserved! Thanks Pho Than Brothers for making cream puff girl very happy...
