Absolutely amazing experience. My husband and I got the opportunity to visit Robin's for their soft opening tonight. First of all, all of the servers are so attentive and friendly. It is clear that they are extremely knowledgeable about the menu and can answer any questions you have about it. The food is absolutely delicious. We could tell a lot of thought went into the creation of the menu; it is small, but there is a close attention to detail with the ingredients used. I would describe it as American food with a twist. Strawberry rhubarb salad: one of the best salads l've ever tasted. A rich, sweet dressing, peanuts, and the tartness of the strawberries and sweetness from the rhubarb. Perfection. Slow roasted salmon: the salmon is extremely tender and buttery. It came with puréed yams, which was perfect to dip the salmon in, and cabbage. Safe to say this was one of my favorite dishes l've ever had and I cleaned my plate! Braised beef: my husband said this was in his top five dishes he's ever eaten. He was given a knife to cut the beef, but it was literally falling off the bone. It was delicious. Matcha misu: TO DIE FOR. This is the most unique dessert I have ever tasted and one that I didn't know I needed in my life until now. I would 100% come back for this. Earl grey creme brûlée: so unique! We absolutely loved this. The strong earl grey flavor alongside the burnt sugar is to die for. You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. Everything is so fresh and the ingredients are high quality--you are absolutely getting what you pay for (which can't be said for many Seattle restaurants). They also have a little cafe that opens earlier with coffee and pastries. The market also sells a broccoli rabe salad (absolutely mouthwatering). My husband and I loved our experience here and I woulo definitely recommend this for a nice date night. We are so happy it opened so close to our apartment and we will definitely be back soon!

I had the pleasure of dining at Robin's today, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. The service was absolutely amazing – the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly made us feel welcome the entire time. For appetizers, we started with the Roasted Summer Squash, the Baked Ladysmith, and the Albacore Crudo. Each dish was wonderfully prepared, but the Albacore Crudo was the standout for me – its freshness and delicate freshness were simply incredible. For the entree, I had the Braised Beef. The server explained that it usually comes with cheek meat, but today it was prepared with short ribs. I was not disappointed! The short ribs were tender, flavorful, and melted in my mouth. The apple rosemary mostarda that came with added a nice sweet tanginess to it that complemented the dish very well. To end the meal on a sweet note, we indulged in the Matchamisu and the Earl Grey Creme Brulee. Both desserts were divine, showcasing unique flavors and impeccable presentation. The Matchamisu had a perfect balance of matcha and sweetness, while the Earl Grey Creme Brulee was perfectly crispy on top and had silky and aromatic texture underneath. Overall, Robin's exceeded all expectations. The food was top-notch, the service was flawless, and the entire atmosphere made for a perfect dining experience. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal.

Get the Brazilian BEC (breakfast sandwich) omggg you will not regret it. The bacon was perfectly crispy, nice runny egg, fresh avocado, melty gouda, and on a cheesy pão de queijo bun which was super unique! I’ve never had a breakfast sandwich like this before and would give it a 10/10. 👏🏼 The place was a lot larger than I thought! Lots of street parking in the area. Plenty of seating and an outdoor patio. They have a wine bar, coffee bar, and chef’s table seating around the kitchen as well. Saw a few families there, so it’s definitely kid friendly and wheelchair accessible (no stairs). The server told me they just opened in early May 2025, so it’s still very new to the neighborhood but I can already tell it’s going to be a big hit! *Disclaimer, I was invited by Yelp Elite to come review this restaurant, but it’s unpaid and unbiased. All my reviews are genuine opinions. Will definitely be coming back!
