I recently visited the Taco Del Mar located at the corner of 80th Street and Greenwood Avenue in Seattle, a spot I remember fondly from my days working at the nearby Green Lake Library over five years ago. Back then, it was my go-to place for a quick and delicious meal, and I’m happy to report that it still lives up to its reputation.Today, the staff at Taco Del Mar were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience even better.
The restaurant's location is quite convenient, with ample parking available, which is always a plus in Seattle.Taco Del Mar has an interesting history. The chain was founded in Seattle in 1992, and it specializes in coastal Mexican cuisine inspired by the Baja region. This particular location is part of the vibrant Greenwood neighborhood, an area known for its eclectic mix of antique shops, art walks, and historical charm. The neighborhood has transformed significantly from its boggy beginnings and has become a bustling community hub.Overall, Taco Del Mar remains a fantastic spot for anyone looking for a quick, tasty, and affordable meal in a friendly environment.

I wasn't set on ordering enchiladas necessarily, he should have just had me order something different. Then after I eat in a couple of bites and realized that he lied and the food was inedible, I remembered that I was supposed to get sour cream and guacamole with the meal. Good thing I decided to eat in the parking lot instead of drive away, so I was able to go in and get the toppings. It did make things a lot...

But the fact their policy is to nickel and dime you for extra pico and other cheap items is rediculous! Not to mention their tiny meat scoops
If you aren't a vegetarian and need decent amount of protein from meat/ dairy
Please don't come here!!!!!
No wonder why I haven't been to Taco del Mar in over a decade since chipotle won me over in my high school years There used to be a Taco del Mar across the street of my school but when chipotle moved to town they crushed my loyalty well years down I know why!!
I sincerely say there is nothing special about del Mar besides their fish option and whole wheat tortilla
But like foreals stop "nickel and dining everyone'' or shall I say "double quartering every one!
50 cents for extra tiny winy scoop of...
