I like it. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for it being Beacon Hill is so close and the Mexican food there is like.. the best in the city. BUT I live next door, they’re open late and the food is good and the service friendly and sweet. I enjoy this place and I’ve found myself going quite often for the convenience, fair pricing and good portions. The Mulitas and Horchata so far are my favorite, the Jaimaica is really refreshing, and the Birria was nice as well. The burrito left something to be desired, it was mostly rice, but it’s cheaper than most and still fills the need. Nachos are fine for what they are but I wouldn’t go for it again with just myself, might be good to pick on with a few people. The rice and beans, though serviceable, aren’t something I’ve found myself wanting again. Anyways yeah, nice spot! Glad it’s here. I look forward to trying more.

Drove by this place last week and wanted to try it! Had quesabirria tacos, tacos dorados birria, pollo nachos, consome. I thought the dorados tacos would be crispier but they were the same as the quesabirria tacos just without cheese. The nachos were tasty, the chicken was super flavorful, the chips were seasoned well. I've had better birria, this was a little dry. The tortillas were tasty, nothing special though. The consome was delicious though. Salsas were tasty. I liked my meal but wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.

This food truck with seating area is well located for a quick bite. I grabbed a burrito for lunch and, unfortunately it was well below average, even for Seattle, which, unfortunately, is not particularly a burrito town. Too much rice, all mushy, salsas average. Reserving the right to update this rating after I try some of the other things. I paid extra for sour cream and avocado but only got some avocado.

Hadn't come here as my favorite taco place is across the street, however they don't open until late and I was craving something quick. So I decided to give them a try. I only ordered one birria taco, just to try them out. The taco was good but what really impressed me was the fact that even though I'd only ordered one taco, they presented it beautifully with all the fixins. That to me is a big win. So two days later when my friend who is new in town wanted a birria pizza to celebrate her birthday, I knew exactly where to get one. My friend absolutely loved it and we wolfed it between 3 very hungry people. Just wanted to leave this review to say that type of service for even the smallest order makes it clear why they've got several locations. Awesome service, great food. (The birria at least, haven't had anything else but if they put as much care into it I'm sure it's fine!) Can't get better than that...Gracias,...

Omg. The food here might have rewired my brain bc I don’t know if I can eat Mexican cuisine anywhere else? This was incredible. Every bite made me wanna fall to my knees with my hands up toward the sky, weeping “thank you” to whatever higher power allowed me to experience such joy.

Sure, I grew up a theatre kid so I have a flair for dramatics. But order the Quesabirria taco and tell me I’m doing the most. I dare you. Then, come back and thank me for introducing you to heaven. 💜

I don’t have pics cuz I devoured it until I fell into a food coma....
