Was actually highly surprised at how amazing the coffee was, and overall I'm very impressed.

Delicious, relaxed, and though there isn't accessible seating or entrances and it's a small place, the coffee is amazing and it's a positive, laid back place.

Definitely recommended for a chat with a friend over some artisanal level coffee in a comfy area, or sitting down with their wifi for a safe few minutes to work on a paper.

I had a bad experience, but the staff are very polite, and patient. I think everyone should try this place out. They might consider asking for initials because they're often busy. The food is phenomenal.

My favorite was the avocado toast. I want to try the turkey sandwich, but I was told they'll be denying service to me.

I came in at the end of a bad shift a few days ago. The manager was hostile and I didn't understand why. I asked if the day was going okay, and they replied 'just difficult customers' before returning to the kitchen.

I later asked the person at front if something was wrong, before expressing that made me feel uncomfortable.

I do love this place. I talked with the manager for 10 minutes about why I was being denied service, and expressed what I felt happened, and apologized since I didn't mean to come off as 'condescending' or 'rude'.

It's unfortunate, and I love this place, but the manager didn't apologize and decided to deny me service. I understand they don't want any room for conflict in their workspace, but I think just a conversation and an apology on both our parts would have been enough to...

Unfriendly environment, indifferent service, staff is rude and condescending. 0/5 would not go ever again.

I went here because of a high rating on Google. To be perfectly fair, the waffles were decent, just not exceptional. The worst part was the server (a young man), who made me feel entirely unwelcome.

After I finished, I asked him where I can put the dirty dishes. He pointed and said "there" like he was annoyed at me, while his back was turned.

I don't expect the guy to go out of his way to be nice to me, but that is a far cry from being passive-aggressive, abrupt and standoffish towards a perfect stranger. He basically dropped the plate on the table and walked away without an extra word. My feelings at this point can be summed up as: 'I do not feel welcome here at all'.

Initially I assumed he was having a bad day... then he's all smiles and sunshine to the next customer. I'm not exactly sure what this person's deal is, I just know I will never be returning and have spent the effort to leave this negative review.
