Loved this coffee shop with modern decor and Seattleâs rustic touch. Good customer service and amazing coffee âïž + goodies.
Food and Coffee: Think of all the yummy flavors and choices in coffee and pastries - youâll be delighted to find it here. Scones, croissants, freshly made flavored breads and all the goodies. Loved kobenhavn latte, banana flavored latte, almond croissant and vanilla banana marble cake. Spinach feta croissant was okay.. The flavors used are housemade and all ingredients are sourced locally. But they said kitchen is closed to the oven before more than an hour before their closing time so no warming up pastries if youâre in the last hour and a half or so time period.
Ambience: Indoor and outdoor seating with beautiful decorations creates a lovely ambience to sip and enjoy. There are lots of people working on laptops and folks catching up. It can be tad bit noisy due to the crowd and staff announcing orders ready to pickup at the counter.

A few suggestions if I may:
for those sitting down at the establishment to consume, it would be nice to have no trash generated. It would be nice not to use a plastic cup to drink water from, and to have my pastry wrapped in a throw away wrapper, only to be thrown away a few minutes later after I eat it. Scanning the other tables, most everyone has disposable cups and plates and wrappers. It would be much classier and much nicer to the earth to use good old fashioned glass, ceramic, and silverware for these purpose.
most people think tip culture is getting out of hand. I agree. Hereâs a refreshing idea. Pay the workers and yourselves whatever you think is fair, charge us accordingly, and donât hit up the customers with the tip query after the pay. 18, 22, or 25%. Most customers find this prompt unappealing and would rather it werenât a part of the...
Sometimes it feels too crowded in here but that's the price you pay for hanging out in a popular place. The logistics: on 24th across the street from the QFC there is limited street parking that you have to pay for. Four dollars an hour. Ideally come with computer charged because only a couple places where you can sit to charge phone or computer. They close at four so be ready to head out.
I really love the density of the orange almond cake -- it reminds me of an olive oil cake but even more moist⊠However it's a little disappointing/lacks depth of flavor. The savory danishes have been wonderful, each one I've had whether it's the tomato feta or rolled with savory herbs or spinach and cheese. They have some interesting kombucha in cans, worth trying, like the Mango Habanero. And I enjoy both their hot and iced coffees.
Servers are friendly and regularly upkeep the café, which makes makes it feel like a...
