Jesus, what just happened. I went through the drive through and tried to place an order. Right from the start the girl was so short, rude, and unprofessional. I recognized her voice from our oast visit a couple months back.....and shes done this before. I got one piece of my order in and..."thats $5.50 pull to the window" employee never asked if I was finished..... Hmm..."but im not done ordering, can i order something else or is that it?" Then she starts getting riled. "Yes, whatever, im just taking your order. What else do you want?!" With attitude. I finished my order, then concerned with if my food would be spit on, i asked her this to ease tension. I laughed after, but she said, "No i wont do that, I aint nasty." Ok. I pull forward and ask if she is having a bad day. Attitude grows. "What, I dont have a problem, Im just taking your order, How am I suppose tl know you wanted to order more!?!" At this point its clear she is just angry at life and everyone. Of course, she has NO NAME TAG ON. Then, we are yelling back and forth so much that ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES COME OVER TO THE WINDOW. I counted 7, yes SEVEN employees in the window staring as if I did something wrong!! One person tried to calm the employee down and close the window, but get this, she yanked away from her manager? and yelled, "NAW, I aint gunna let her talk to me this way!!" She then leaned far out of the window, and at that point I feared for my safety so I drove away. As I was driving i heard, "Fu€king CRACKER". YUP, that happened. I was raised in Lake City, Seattle, Wa and have frequented this location on many occasions over the years and this is a first. Ill never go back. Oh, did I mention they give RAW burgers, too?!? This place needs to be inspected and shut down!!! But hey, if you want to have racial slurs tossed at you while the entire staff stares at you while they make you raw burgers....this...
Read moreSTOLEN CARD INFORMATION/FRAUD CHARGES My partner and I just left this location. When the cashier (Arnie? Couldn’t really read his name tag) walked away with our card, my partner made a comment saying that was a strange thing to do. Having worked C.S./in the food industry we gave them the benefit of the doubt knowing that we saw him walk away from the window/register with our card in hand should anything happen. Not even 5 mins after leaving, we received a fraud alert for $100+ charges on our bank account for Amazon with the time matching our receipt/time he walked away with our card. WHAT ARE THE ODDS?! We then looked at reviews and there were other customers saying they also experienced this. We immediately drove back to confront them. The cashier was acting odd yet again and was obviously guilty by trying to avoid our questions and disregard us. He then called his manager Erick over saying “We wanted to talk to him” when we were asking him why he took our card to the back, NOT asking for the manager. After explaining to Erick that we saw Arnie(?) take our card away from the register/window and had fraud charges right after leaving, he just looked at us flustered and speechless. He couldn’t give us any response but “I get it” after telling him that as a manager he should not be letting his employees walk away with customer’s cards as it is sensitive information and completely unprofessional. No PAYING customer should have to worry about getting their card information/money stolen. We were so upset and our appetite was gone, we threw our food away. A waste, now more money gone! We will be filing a police report and calling corporate to speak with a DM. We will never be returning to this location and sharing what happened to us with our friends...

This store has slowly turned into a disaster and while the youth working there are generally kind (today was an exception), they clearly aren't being given direction by their upper management on how to handle staff shortages.
Today for example, I played a carryout order in the app because I needed to have my food ready to go by the time I got there. Arrived to the drive thru line being wrapped around the entire parking lot. Parked my car and walked up to the door and it was locked. Knocked to ask the staff what I was supposed to do since it was carryout and they just waved me away and then ignored me when I knocked again. The app does not let you cancel orders and by this time 4 more cars were in line. I didn't get my food until 25 mins after my scheduled pickup time and when the cashier handed me my bag I asked different it had just been sitting out because it wasn't warm and she reassured me it hadn't. I made the 5 min drive to my apt only to have a half full container of cold fries (12 fries total in a small container) and a cold burger and no dipping sauces which had been included in my order.
