I’m definitely not happy with the results of the service I received but I will say that the Nail Techs were friendly, and ready to start at my scheduled time.

I booked an appointment to have the Dip Powder/No Acrylic, with Almond shape. This service offers the most natural looking nails.

FYI: I have attached photos for the viewers reference.

I’m unsure whether I didn’t get an experienced tech, if the tech had experience doing Dip Powder, or both. Regardless, my nails look fat, with 3-4 different shapes. In addition, my nails weren’t cleaned underneath or anything.

However, because I’m a fair person and I hate to leave just negative reviews, I will say that there were two customers there and they were getting a full set with acrylics; and they looked beautifully done. **CLEANLINESS I do question their cleanliness….you know when they take a brush to dust off your hands, well my tech used a brush that had some hot pink colored powder still on it, and he dusted my left hand. The powder is in my nails and he didn’t even try to fix the nails that had previous powder on them, so now I have two nails that look like a darker pink color. I had to stop him from doing it to the rest of my nails and clean the brush first.

Lastly, I had a male tech and a female tech that was working with the two customers I mentioned earlier came over to file my nails, she failed to change her gloves, when she just filed and dusted the other customer. Being clean comes before anything, and this is why I didn’t even bother to have them redo my nails to my liking. This is a loss I’ll just have to take and go where I was referred to in the...

I typically go here to get my nails done and they do a decent job. I usually just get a gel pedicure and regular manicure. I don’t do anything fancy with nail extensions or anything.

I don’t usually go here to wax and this review is mainly pertaining to the waxing portion. I have only been here once before for facial waxing which went fine(it also was with a different employee who I regularly see working here), but at my most recent visit I went in to wax my eyebrows, chin, and upper lip and the employee who did the waxing, who I have never seen before, did a really poor job. She didn’t pull the wax strip hard enough at first and then pulled it too hard and took off skin around my lip area and near my eye. After that I was asked by the lady to pay for a full face wax and when I mentioned that I didn’t get a full face wax, she said I had to pay the amount, so I did because I didn’t want to argue with her. Now I’m at home holding ice to my face because my face is burning and I overpaid. Im giving it 2 stars because this place usually has really nice people and I don’t know this woman but she seemed to be in a hurry to either get to the next customer or go to lunch.
