Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Sebring

First off I don’t have anything bad to say about the food in this establishment. I have always had a good experience here besides the last two times. With that being said Sabrina the bar tender/server has been horrible! The first time, I went in to Beefs with my family to catch the game and have some wings. Sabrina was our waitress she sat us at our table after about 15 minutes of waiting we all ordered our drinks. Sabrina disappeared and the drink order was never put in and after 15 minutes of waiting for our drinks I finally got up and went to the bar and the Manager got us our drinks. Shortly after that Sabrina reappeared and we finally got to put in our food order. When we finally got our food we had no silverware (for my children) and no Sabrina anywhere to be found. I went back to the bar and got some silverware. I see Sabrina bouncing around and taking care of other tables but completely ignoring us. Soon it came down to get our check and leave Sabrina was at the table right in front of us knowing that we were ready to leave and proceeded having a full blown conversation with the other guest and continued to ignore us. Finally I got the manager’s attention and she was so nice and pleasant and she took care of us. I received my bill payed my dues and off we went. Second time I walk in to the restaurant and have a seat at the bar. Sabrina was working the bar but the first time was a while ago and I didn’t put it together that this was the same waitress as before. She asked me what I would be having to drink gave me a menu and walked away. 20 minutes go by and I seen her doing some stuff in the back walking around behind me. Finally she comes to me and I said to her “that took awhile” I immediately got a negative response from her with a bad attitude and Sabrina started to give me excuses on why it took her so long without an apology for making me wait. That was enough for me so I decided to not order my food or my drink and walked out. As I was leaving I noticed an older couple in the corner by the door looking very frustrated and on the edge of there seats. I waited outside for a few minutes deciding on where else I would get my meal and the older couple walked out. I asked them how their service was and he told me almost exactly the same story with Sabrina as my first. At least I know now that it was not just me. Management needs to really step up here and get this issue resolved. I feel like some extra training or maybe a new hire would be a good move and better for business. How do you expect people to return with this kind of service. I seen other reviews for bad service here and we all know who is not the problem by reading the 5 star reviews. Used to go here all the time. Me and my husband loved it! Went thursday night, ordered chicken fingers to go, I kid you not got home and there was 2 chicken fingers in the to go box with ranch. Called and they apologized and gave us a 10 dollar voucher. Went back the next night to give beefs a second chance and got home once again and the burger meal was perfect. Opened the box of Nashville got chicken tenders that's supposed to come with coleslaw and fries and guess what.. THERE WAS JUST PLAIN COLD CHICKEN TENDERS. Furious we called and the waitresses are super nice obviously they arent the problem. The nice girl working the bar gave us a 20 dollar certificate. Ordered take out for the third night in a row...(my husband forgot to check the order trusting them) got home once again the burger meal was perfect. Also ordered the 12.99 boneless chicken basket, comes with coleslaw and fries and there was only the wings in there. Fed up with beefs and their countless mistakes....

My dad just moved into the area so we found this place and were excited to have a local wing spot. We went in around noon, the place was pretty empty we were greated upon entry however I thought she said seat yourself. When she came to the table she said, just so you know you have to wait to be seated. I apologized and told her what i heard and she did not say anything back. She was unaware of the beers on tap. My husband ordered a captain and ginger ale. She came back to the table 3x to ask if he wanted ginger ale in the drink... then another waitress came over and asked the same question. We ordered wings well done with blue cheese dressing. The wings were not cooked well and they gave us ranch. When I asked about the dressing the waitress said oh maybe they mixed them up last night.
