McDonald's — Restaurant in Sebring

McDonald's this isn't the same as it used to be used to pull up there and get a fresh hamburger and those really nice hot fries, now it's like they let the food set sometimes the hamburgers taste like mother sometimes they're not even real hot. And you are real lucky if they're making the fries when you're in line and you get fresh ones. Although they still are the most inexpensive place to eat you know and I guess you get the most for your money sometimes when you actually look at it they put you in with the little things but anything worth eating about $5 a pop so honestly you can go over to Wendy's and get a single basically the same price or Burger King get a Whopper actually and get two Whoppers buy one get one lol I really don't think there's any real big deals anywhere anymore everybody's got a few things that are dollar whatever let you know I just thinking of it depends on where you're at what fastfood to eat at. You'll notice that you'll go to some McDonald's and everything's fresh and then you go 20 minutes away and everything is gross and that's the same with every restaurant so I mean McDonald's McDonald's I'll always go there even if I do something and they know that that's why McDonald's...

I tried the mobile app for the first time and hated it. I placed my order and everything was fine. When I arrived I had the option to go through the drive thru, come inside or park in designated mobile pay pickup. I opted for the last option. Problem with this was that they only two spots marked as 4 & 5 which were both taken. This lead me to believe there was 1-3 located elsewhere. No not so much. The two spots were taken by walk in customers. When I attempted to just put a spot, the app required me to go in anyway. When I explained the situation, I was told that she can't have customers move. I understand that but if I come again, what do I put in there to let you know I'm here and no spots are open. She said with the customers parked there, that is probably the reason it made me come in. No help there. After I got my own drinks and got everything together, she asked if it gave the option to come through the drive thru. I said yes, but what was the point of using the app if I would have to wait in line anyways. I might as well place my order there from the beginning. Totally disappointed with it all. Was ask to go to park in number 4, why I don’t know, no one was in front of me or behind me, I was brought out an order that wasn’t what I ordered.He told me he would be right back with my order, didn’t happen.After waited another 10 minutes and watching others go through and leave, I went in and ask to speck to a manager, he looked like he was about 12 years old, I told him that I still was waiting on my order, he picked it up and gave it to me, needless to say it was cold,I told him I wanted new French fries and I also ordered a large frappe, he then said the guy that brought out the wrong order to me gave me my frappe, I told him no, he ask me again, didn’t I get my frappe, and again I told him no, he walked over and brought me one that was pretty much melted, I was so upset by then I told him I wanted my money back, he gave it to me and started to walk off, so I asked him if he knew how to apologize, he waited and finally said he was sorry,I have never had this bad of service.And the guy who said he would bring my order right back was sitting...
