Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Sedro-Woolley

This makes the absolute best pizza. If you want a good pizza experience, this was perfect because it was going to be in an hour and a half before I would be able to get it home and I had them warm up the oven and then when I got home we just popped it in the only drawback that I had. Was that the special was not advertised in my face? There was nothing about it on the menu board. What I really wanted was a thin crust, New York style pepperoni and sausage pizza. It turned out that they were having a special on this for this day for only $9.99, but I didn't see that so that ordered a stuffed Chicago family style which is my traditional go-to and so I got them both and when we got home bam we put that little thin one in there and we had dinner in 15 minutes and boy was it perfect perfect and then the next day my bake the the big one and we had a lot of people and we've been eating on that one. It just feeds and feeds it a whole bunch of people for her. I don't know. We've been eating on it for 3 days now. It's just a tremendous value in every bite...

Ordered pizza at 4:15 for pickup at 4:45. Showed up at 5:10 and my order was not ready. There were four employees in the store and only one was working. The manager and the other other two girls were just standing there talking. They asked my name and said it would be another 15 min. Then the manager decided to take a break and left even though there were 7 other customers in the same situation. They hadn't started on any of these orders.

After standing there for nearly an hour I asked about my order...they said it would be ready soon. Another customer after hearing my name said my order was on the online order pick up shelf (it wasn't there when I arrived). Evidently they finished my order and put it there without ever saying anything to me.

I like Papa Murphy's pizza, it's really good, very tasty. Normally, I have no problems when ordering, however on this last visit, I was sold something I did not want. I said i wanted a cheese/breadstick type pizza, and I ended up with a plastic tray full of sauce and cheese, no crust, it was disgusting, and because of that I've not been back. But If you get what you actually want, they are fantastic. UPDATE: the email address left for me to reply to doesn't exist. My emails are all returned undeliverable.
