Burger King — Restaurant in Sellersburg

T Fawbush is a liar She greatly exaggerated her experience at BK in Sellersburg I am here to defend myself To begin with the lady came in with an attitude and gave my cashier a hard time when placing an order, accusing her of not getting the order right and arguing about the size of the drink, saying that it was not a medium, but it was a medium, so the lady chose to sit at the only one table that was dirty in the whole entire lobby. The rest of the tables in the lobby were clean. She came and asked for her table to be clean and I said sure I clean the table just like she asked and she got upset because I didn’t dry it off. I said we let our tables air dry because of the sanitizer that we use, she didn’t give me a second to respond to even get anything to dry it off she just got an attitude with me asking what my name was I am Mary And I did not tell her that if she didn’t like the table, there were plenty of other table to sit out that was a lie. I don’t appreciate being falsely accused of saying something that I didn’t say. I did, however, mention to her that there were a bunch other tables that were clean after I cleaned her table and she complained about it still being wet. She said our restaurant was filthy. That is not true. Like I said, there was only one dirty table in the whole entire room.??? Seriously why would you pick to sit at that one dirty table when there were more than 20 other tables available that were clean already seems to me like she just wanted to start...

Well, I Want to start off with saying the woman in the drive through was quite pleasant to deal with early in the morning like this. But when it comes to my food the Hash browns we're not just a little overcooked. They were to the point of being burnt. They were not busy. In fact I was literally the only one in line. And I seen no one in the dining room. I inform them about issue and did say that there's no way they didn't know they were Almost to the point of being burnt. I was told well they were just cooked. I didn't say they were cold. I said that they were Practically burnt. No they wasn't black but They were beyond crunchy to the point they tasted burnt. I love going there. This place is a customer service nightmare. My family will never return, and I will tell anyone who will listen what a terrible place this is. The first experience resulted in a wait that lasted over 45 minutes for an incorrect order then another 20 minutes to add the missing burger. By the time we got home, everything was ice cold. Time passed so we decided to try it again tonight. After sitting in line for longer than necessary (not nearly as long as the first time), our order was taken by a young lady who apparently hated her job and made us feel like a complete inconvenience. Once we pulled up to the drive thru she didn't speak another word as well as got our order wrong. No one in this location takes pride in their work or in themselves.
