I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred at your establishment on 8-23-23 I had visited your coffee shop and encountered a barista with purple hair and glasses.
During my visit, the barista demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer service. Not only was she rude, but she also over filled my cup causing it to spill on me she didnāt offer assistance or an apology. This behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the level of service I expect from your establishment.
I believe it is important to address such incidents promptly to maintain the reputation and quality of your business. I kindly request that you take appropriate action to ensure that this type of behavior is not repeated in the future.
