Panda Express — Restaurant in Selma

Super frustrated! Went through the drive thru to get a broccoli beef bowl, a chicken teriyaki bowl with a side of potstickers, easy yeah? First, the lady taking our order kept talking to other people while on the headset and was rushing us like crazy!! I was the only person in line at the time and they acted like my 2 minutes was the biggest inconvenience of their life. Then my order, didn't include ANY teriyaki sauce (in or out of the teriyaki bowl), the broccoli beef was literally just broccoli with two baby pieces of beef?? To top it off I asked for some sweet and sour sauce and they ignored us and then finally opened the window and rolled their eyes when I asked for the sauce. If I even got fortune cookies I'm sure they'd say don't eat...

Not so great of an experience here. So much so, that I will never patronize another Panda Express again. They employ smart-mouthed argumentative teenage girls that try to scold their customers. Never again!

I was very cordial and clear with my order, yet the little girl (probably about fourteen years old) at the drive-through forgot the first item I ordered. When I tried to remind her, she said that I did not order it, even though it was at her recommendation that I was going to try it, as it was a new promotional item that I was interested in trying. Then she proceeded to tell me what I should have done... Oh no! You are NOT going to treat me with such disrespect and get my repeat...

I am very disappointed with Selmas panda Express. I asked for saghi beef and orange chickenand had to wait for it and then they gave me the wrong plates.i didn't think to check it and I live in a different town,to late to let them know my husband and son ordered the same thing.
