I honestly thought my laptop was destined for the trash when I kept getting the message that it couldn’t be updated to Windows 11. Before rushing out to buy a new one, I decided to call Selma U-TEC.

The store manager, Luis, told me there would be no charge for him to take a look and see if he could install Windows 11. I dropped it off late yesterday, and after checking it out, he was confident he could get it updated. Sure enough, by early this afternoon, it was ready — and it’s running AMAZINGLY! The cost for Luis to install Windows 11 was minimal, considering the price of a new laptop.

I’m not the least bit surprised by the EXCELLENT service from Luis. My family has gone to him several times for laptops, phones, and even an iPad, and every single experience has been outstanding. The customer service, expertise, quality, and overall experience are truly FIVE STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went here to get a quote and explained the issues to him, btw ik what's wrong with my phone already, but right away this unknown u-tech guy, he try to convince me my screen is broken for sure and he lied to me that the screen is broken from the inside so I won't be able to see it and told me I'll have to leave my phone overnight so he can diagnose it for $40 and after that then he'll be able to tell me if there is any more issues and what will be the next steps. LuLz, I went across the street to "RepairALL" and they diagnosed my phone for free and less then 2mins and told me exactly what I already knew about my phone, they even told me I do not have to leave my phone at all, it's optional and they'll call me back when the order parts arrive. I asked RepairALL about U-tech and they laughed and I knew right away, RepairALL is the only one I can trust. Btw I'm not even sure if most of these reviews on u-tech...
