This place is a very bad business to go to! I was selling a gold ring to a woman. We went to Ruby's to test the ring and make sure it is real! The woman who works at Rubys tested it and said it was real! THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE WOMAN WHO WORKS AT RUBYS GOT INVOLVED IN OUR BUSINESS!!! SHE LIED TO THE WOMAN I WAS SELLING THE RING TO AND SAID THAT SHE CAN GET THAT RING CHEAPER SOMEWHERE ELSE! I TOLD HER THAT IS A LIE BECAUSE JC PENNY CHARGES $350 FOR THE SAME THING AND THAT WAS 50% OFF!! SHE LIED SO THE WOMAN WOULD BUY SOMETHING IN RUBY'S SHOP!! THEN SHE LIED AGAIN AND SAID THAT MEXICAN PEOPLE ONLY LIKE 14K GOLD!!!!???? I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE TO DO BUSINESS! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS !! IF YOU ARE SELLING YPUR JEWELRY TO A LOCAL BUYER, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!! THIS PLACE DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR CONDUCTING SUCH BAD...
