Pitiful breakfast!!! This morning 3:30 AM I waited 20 minutes behind 1 car for a plain Biscuit and a sweet tea to get what I hoped was a decent Biscuit started off they wouldn't take my debit card they had something to say about there machine was broken and they couldn't except payment on a debit card the person taking my order and then got a terrible biscuit!! If your heading down I95 don't stop here pitiful food and out of a bin of some sort that looked like it had been ran over!! I eat breakfast at McDonalds EVERYDAY but if I had to go here I would starve first! I hope someone reads this and decides not to eat at this wasted space on earth!! Uuuuuck!!!!!! Beware horrible everything!
So I made a second attempt to purchase food from this McDonalds and I love food from McDonalds most of the time this time ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal with a tea!! Well my sandwich tasted like fish my fries were cold and the tea was a damn coke and the sandwich was plain mayo no pickles nothing 2 pieces of bread and a piece of what I considered chish which irls short of fish and chicken mix Yuck and my fries were as cold as if I had them in my fridge for a few minutes. Do your self a favor dont stop 8n towns where the average IQ is below average because they dont care about there food the way you might or either they just dont know any better you decide!! Wow that is unreal 2 times I've stopped there and both times horrible food and even worst to think that 2 of 2 times it could be that bad!! Just saying I will remember from now on because every lesson I've ever learned was the hard way. This is no exception I will never eat at another McDonalds after this experience no matter how much I enjoy there food. Read moreI've been at this business many times. I noticed employees not using gloves in scooping ice using paper cups not the metal scoop. Employees with no gloves taking money, an handing out your order. The second window handling your food, many times various employees had some kind of black substance under nails, ( your mother would had you wash your hands until this was gone, not an oversize person here) this lack of cleanliness and attention to detail I first noticed as covid began to improve, then as more people were allowed vaccinated, this Mcdonalds facility, continued to overlooked employees without mandated masks, gloves, leaving ice containers to outside air, unclean practices. I mentioned what I saw,, more than to one manager over 2 to 3 months. I found management indifferent an aggressive toward my observation, an reporting it. I was told I was wrong, staff an management called police , the management of the day told police I could not return, or I would be trespassing, I would be arrested and charged. What happen to free speech, an helping others know risks of buying an ice coffee, icecream, or ask for more ice. In the world we live in, when trusting food, or drive thru service, to protect our health. Management was evident by actions taken, not interested in safety, of the public. I can't go back, an im happy, I m worried for those customers who are not able to see all the unclean, unsafe practices, an areas a vehicle such as a 4 wheel drive view gives you the driver, a visual as your server readys your order to be delivered. Read moreSaw the billboard saying open 24 hrs, so we stopped by at 4am, we've been traveling. Apparently their system was down and they could only accept cash. It happens no problem. I wanted to use a code from the app, but the system was down and they apparently cannot figure the discount, ok the codes expire I can see that. I then attempt to order one of their regular menu 2 for deals.... The system is down.... I start to question things when the young lady gets frustrated and turns me over to her coworker, this "guy", wearing bootie shorts that most schools would send girls home for, starts to explain the system is down, (knew that), they can only accept cash (already told me) and the system calculates the discount.... At this point I clarify, just to ensure I'm following, the system is down, you can only accept cash, you are writing and calculating the orders in a notebook to enter it when the system comes back online. He (I assume) verified this. So I question again why I can't order regular menu deals, after all 2 for 3, or whatever it is, can be calculated manually, but he goes to tell me again, the system is down and does the discounts... So, once again I verify, "system is down" yes, "can only accept cash" yes, "writing and calculating cost in notebook" yes, "when system come back online you will enter orders in bulk" yes, "so when you enter the orders that you demanded people pay full regular price IN CASH for, you will enter into the system with discounts calculated so you can pocket the difference?" obviously he gave me no answer, he just huffed in an very irritated manner and walked away.... Management would be well advised into looking into this fraud and theft and dealing with it promptly.... Or perhaps this is a matter that should be investigated by...
