So I have a 3 part Rating for Legends. We threw a 50th Bday party for my husband. I didn't realize that Legends had a separate service to book a large group. That would be Swan Court. The person running that part is Amy. She was amazing! I gave her my dream of the party i was interested in having and the budget. She was so quick to have a layout and menu option! I was blown away by her enthusiasm to make it happen. I was still looking at event centers and was there to get a quote. But after my 1st meeting with her she had pretty much had a whole layout I couldn't say no. She was very knowledgeable about the linens type of foods go a long way and drink options. She also referred me to the Holiday Inn which is in the same property to stay and have my out of town guests stay. So basically it was a one stop shop! The day of the party i was so impressed with the way everything came out! My vision and her recommendations made me so happy that I was able to pull off such an elegant event. However, we did have some issues arise. The room was very large and accommodating but the carpets were stained and the walls and doors were very scratched. I was concerned about it looking dirty. Amy assured me I had nothing to worry about that after the tables bar and food were set up it wouldn't be noticeable. She was right. The only this that did stand out was the door. I paid extra for a screen and projector to show a slide show I created. When it came time the projector did not support the USB I had to bring the whole IPAD from my hotel room which was inconvenient since the party was in full swing. Then it was trying to fumble to get it to play and lastly the most frustrating part was that it easnt connected to any speakers! Literally the only sound was from the projector speaker it self in a 800 sq ft room with a 100 people! No one could hear. They used a wireless microphone for sound which upset me. For the money I paid that should not have happened. The restaurant should have made sure that all that was set up. I wanted to ask for my money back on that but Amy assured me everything was fine and that the slide show was fine. The food setup was great and tasty. One of my guests found a long hair in her food and no longer had any interest in eating. When I let Amy know she took care of it right away! She compensated my guest and I felt better. The last thing I wanted was for it to spread to the other guests there was hair in the food. Amy stayed the entire time and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely book another even with her! The Holiday Inn was fabulous! The suit was amazing and Anissa the hotel manager made everything accommodating! She was the nicest person! We are actually booking another weekend get away at that hotel because it was so clean comfy and staff is great with a great manager! I would definitely refer Swan Court for events especially in the rural area. Its hard to find an affordable elegant venue in this area without having to go to Fresno!...

When the dish arrived at my table, it was a feast for the senses. The perfectly cooked salmon, with its delicate pink hue, was nestled on a bed of vibrant seasonal vegetables. The aroma wafting from the plate was intoxicating, promising a symphony of flavors that would dance on my palate.
With the first bite, I was transported to a realm of culinary bliss. The salmon was incredibly tender and moist, effortlessly flaking apart with each forkful. The flavors were a harmonious blend of smoky, buttery, and slightly sweet notes, perfectly balanced to create a truly unforgettable experience.
As I savored each morsel, I couldn't help but appreciate the exceptional customer service that accompanied this culinary masterpiece. The waiter, with his extensive knowledge and passion for the menu, had recommended a pairing that would elevate my dining experience even further.
His suggestion of an exquisite bourbon to accompany the salmon was nothing short of genius. Read moreWe have been coming to this restaurant since 2012. We've had very good experience over the past years but recently the professionalism of the staff and the management has been much to be desired. I have only two special servers who go beyond the Call of Duty when it comes to serving their customers. We were there for Mother's Day brunch and it was the most unorganized brunch I have ever attended. The food was mildly good not great. Meat serving table wax excellent. But omelet bar was set up in the middle of the buffet line and was completely congested with others who wanted to be served something other than an omelet. The receptionist seated us at a table without place ware so when we had our meal we had to ask for it several times. A complimentary champagne mimosa was offered but there was an issue with champagne not being served since it was not under refrigeration. Evidently the business had to go outside the restaurant to purchase additional champagne in order to fill the requested service. I experienced very angry patrons swearing to the service because of service delays and they were asked to leave. No manager got involved. Servers handled the lack of support from management. This added to the Frustration to the whole room. We observed management just hanging out not helping to provide service that we needed on mother's Day.
Recently we went back for dinner and again seated without place ware so we had to ask for napkins and silverware. The management doesn't seem to have it altogether in order to serve as properly. It was quite busy on a Sunday afternoon and one server took care of the whole dining room which led to other difficulties in Serving properly. Two tables were seated and then left without acknowledgement and service. Realizing the bartender was serving the bar and also waiting on the patrons in the bar area . We also notice there was one employee clearing tables at his own pace leaving dirty dishes sitting out on neighboring tables for some time. Management was on the floor but nothing seemed to change. It's very sad to see that an establishment like this would be at "the beginning" of not knowing how to run a business. I have seen managers come and go at this establishment and it's really sad to know the owner doesn't know about management of a...
