Peninsula Taproom — Restaurant in Sequim

So I stopped in here on my way home to grab a growler to take home, and imagine my surprise when a growler and fill rang up to $38. My bad for not checking the board first, but that's a little over the top. PT Brewery charges $5 for their growler, and around $12 for the fill. Rainy Daze is about the same for a fill. I'd really love to know what makes a growler and fill so special at Peninsula Taproom. Nice looking place, and good selection of beers, but I couldn't help but feel like they're gouging their customers just a bit. Well...wish I could just respond to their comment. Since I can't, I'll just edit this...I don't require a refund, though I do appreciate the offer. Like I said, my bad for not checking the board. Growler cost...good job with stocking US made. That's really great. Having that extra piece of info makes all the difference. But...$28 for a growler fill is insane. I look forward to sitting down at the bar and having a pint or two. Awesome place to grab quality local beer. The service is always prompt, professional and personable. More in house food options would be nice but they have menus of local restaurants that you can either walk to or have delivered (walking is always nice). They also stay open late for Sequim which is really nice because most establishments close a lot earlier. Overall very low key environment for locals or travelers to enjoy great brews and...

Amazing selection of ciders to pick from!!! Rotating seasonal cider on tap as well. Great selections of drinks just in general too. The coconut stout was delicious.
