Update; So a couple months later this owner comes through and says that they smelled pot, that's really funny because we didn't come up through with our car. we're adamantly against pot and what oh yeah it must have been the guy in front of my husband, who they were happily serving that smelled of pot! It took them so long to respond to my review, yet this business owner responded immediately to my husband's and told him that they can't keep baristas there even at $30 an hour. So I'm thinking the health department and the cannabis enforcement should come and take a look at this establishment for whatever they are smoking and doing on their premises, cuz they're accusing customers now of smelling like pot when pot wasn't even near us ever and I mean seriously we do not use pot we're adamantly against it. so I wonder which one of their baristas was toking up and blaming it on the customer
Never got to try the 'best' in town. Hmm The excuse for poor service is an interview, one person at drive-thru, one gentleman standing sipping his coffee away from the window, two baristas helping the person in the car and oh I guess that must mean one of them was doing the cars order and one was doing the online orders. As a person who delivers food I know through many many many businesses that the people at the counter come first online orders come second as the person at the counter will give you a tip! They are there they get served first! I have had many businesses complain to me that they don't get the tips so they don't prioritize online orders Good for you to prioritize online orders and ignore your customers at the counter! And seriously if you're actually paying your baristas $30 an hour you would have baristas! Yes we are in a time where no one wants to work I understand that I work hard for my money and I was going to get coffee and an energy drink but couldn't get any of those because your baristas were too busy helping one person and oh I guess online orders! Go ahead put a no trespass on us that's fine You're horrible in inperson customer service. There's no call to ever ignore your customer that's standing out the...
Read moreDon't bother coming here! Service SUCKS! The lady behind the counter couldn't figure out that she had a customer waiting for her. Even though she was right there in front of me at the time I arrived. 5 5 minutes later she realized I was there and acknowledged me, said just a second, and then was another two or three minutes before she even looked up at me. I didn't even bother ordering anything because at that point, what's the point? If they want customers to come to their business, they at the very least need to acknowledge them upon their arrival. Save your money. Go to someplace that actually wants business and is willing to acknowledge the customer within a reasonable time after they arrive. They weren't that busy. They had one customer in the drive-thru, and one person who would just got his order, and two people working. The second person completely ignored me. And she , too, knew I was there. I absolutely will not come back here nor will I encourage anyone else to do so. Whatever you do,...
Read moreUsually white cup is my favorite coffee shop in town. Today was horrific! The barista could not figure out how to use the machine to ring us up. So that was a 10 minute process. By that time she forgot what we ordered. She didn't ask what we ordered again. But then began making our two drinks. She tried to hand us the first drink. This should of been a Mocha Frappuccino with an extra shot of expresso. She made an iced mocha. Then she hands out an iced latte. This was supposed to be an iced latte with half vanilla shot with extra shot of expresso. We hand both back. At this point, she just adds some vanilla to the latte without the extra shot. Remakes the mocha frap but, forgot to put the chocolate. Wow...sad. We just left after, I kid you not, half hour ordeal. Sorry, Kim, get rid of the elderly barista with a...
