Checkers — Restaurant in Sevierville

I wouldn't even give this place a star at all if that were possible. We've been there twice this week. The first day my disabled dad wanted to do something nice for his family so he went in to buy us lunch. He had coupons which seemed to be a problem for the employees who were not very nice about it. The same heavy set girl that waited on us today made them and it took her 30 minutes! Then I go in there today thinking it was just a bad day of service which happens at places. They were busy that day he was in there so maybe the employees were just tired. I go in there today to buy lunch for my parents. We get 3 Big Buford burgers, a fry for my dad, and two slushies for me and my mom. The whole time I stood there the heavy set girl making our order complained about making our order knowing full well I could see and hear her. She said who orders this much food? And it takes her an hour to eat one let alone three. She was so busy complaining about making THREE burgers that another lady had to help her. Then if that wasnt bad enough she starts MAKING FUN OF MY DAD RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!!! Then I'm waiting for my slushies and the same heavy set girl demands to know why am I still standing there what do I want now. I told her I was waiting on my slushies and SHE GAVE ME A HATEFUL LOOK!!!! I talked to the manager but I dont feel like she is going to do anything. It is real hard to find people to work so I can't say I blame her really. However, my family will NOT be back. Nor do I recommend this place to families. Apparently they can only be bothered to fill small orders. If you have more than two people in your party do not go here they will just complain and make fun of you the whole time. update the girl's name is Nicole. The Employees played around WAY to much.. First we waited in the drive thru line for 16 minutes just to order our food.. They had to keep asking me to repeat my order.. then waited another 8 - 10 minutes at the window while all the employees played around like school kids, laughing, throwing things at each other, talking loud over each other not paying attention to one single thing they where doing... We asked the guy at the window for some packs of mayonnaise first he just shuts the window and walked away when he returned to give me my drink I had to ask and repeat my self four times before he heard what I was saying and got the extra mayo.. the younger guy near the front register was playing with something on the floor with his hands for a good couple minutes then he went to the garbage can behind him over near where the sandwiches are made and continued to play with what ever it was till I was finally able to pull off. I asked for the store number and corporates number where again I got a blank stare and nothing.. I repeated my self once again while he was looking right at me "Employees still paying" line of cars wrapped around the restaurant into the fuel pumps near the front of the store and he went to shut the window. I then proceeded in a much louder voice asked may I have this store number and the number to corporate. He responded "what" so I told him never mind just give me my receipt I'll get corporates number and the store number from it.. His reply was hold on.. he grabbed a new receipt roll walked over near the guy playing in the garbage can where the food is made got it in there FINALLY told the other employees that was enough and gave me my receipt.. in the end my order was not correct. CRAZY!!! like a day care......

If I could write it a zero I would. The past few months that I have been trying to go to this establishment something has been wrong the ice cream machine broke they wanted to take a break today it was maintenance issues but there were several people in the line before I got up to it if I were you I would just go to Sonic or somewhere else if you want the checkers experience you're definitely not going to get it there and it's sad because their food is actually really good so is there ice cream and prices

Edit: I called the corporate number several times nothing has been done I just tried to call several times no one picked up the phone the mailbox is full what a shocker right? I don't know who owns this establishment I don't know who owns this establishment or if it's a part of a chain restaurant but they really need to go in there and overhaul their employees and fire them because they are not doing the job that they're supposed to do!!! I've worked at several fast food establishments and I'm appalled by the people that work here run for the hills it used to be a great store I will take my kids there every time we would come visit but ever since I moved up here a few years later it's been nothing but we're closed we got to take a break our maintenance system is down the doors are always locked something is always going on if it needs that much stuff done to it then you might want to think about closing.
