If I could leave 0 stars I actually would. This was the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. My husband ordered a large frappe and was told that it was too hot to make and was offered something else. He said no he’d take a refund. The guy said we’d need to talk to a manager and then nobody ever came. I went to the counter to ask about it to someone else and they said that the right side of the machine malfunctioned but the left was fine so he was making it. Literally took 25 minutes for the frappe. He also ordered a large drink and was given a medium. I ordered two ranch snack wraps. The ranch was in one spot at the top of the wrap and had spilled out into the wrapper so there was none on any of the actual food other than the top of the wrap. I went to the counter and asked for a couple things of ranch. He returned and said he could only find one ??? Okay. They forgot about my friends food until she went up and asked about it. Then when it was finally served, they did not put fries with any of the meals. She went to have them correct it and then realized that they did not give her chicken nuggets for her meal and had given her one six piece and one four piece but she paid for two six pieces. There were NUMEROUS workers in the back and others walking around from the back to go outside and then come back in (not delivering curbside) and just walking around. Extremely unorganized. As we were leaving, a woman from behind the counter came up asking for everyone parked at the front entrance to move their vehicles because they had a truck delivery. No big deal because we were about to leave but we had four children to get into car seats. She began telling my friend she had to move right then because of this truck. My friend tried to explain that she was waiting for us to get the kids in the car and for some of us to then get into her car. The woman did not care and the truck started moving up onto her vehicle. It was overall the worst fast food experience we have ever had and we will never go back to this McDonald’s again and urge people to completely avoid it because it...
Read moreLet me just say, this use to be the BEST McDonald's. However over the last few months it has went all the way to the bottom of the list of places I would recommend. Let me set the stage for you. I work 12 hour shifts at a local manufacturing plant. Its HOT and exhausting work. Driving home in tourist traffic is a disaster. So today I decided that I would make life a little easier and stop for supper. I knew better, I KNEW better, I mean the last time they were 40 nuggets short. But I thought hey why not give them one more chance. What was I thinking? I ordered from the app, (another mistake) I arrive, sit at spot 6 for 10 more minutes waiting on food that had been ordered already. The young man comes out, I ask, did you bag this? He says No ma'am, the manager did. I glance in the bag, all my nuggets are there, ok, maybe they did this right. I thank him and drive home. I should have checked each item. My chicken sandwich was burned and didn't have my cheese and bacon that I payed extra for. My husband's spicy chicken sandwich was also burnt. My son's 2 double cheeseburger were not even in the bag. I called the store, and guess what? Yep, no answer. They NEVER answer. Because they know they are messing everything up. Let's not even talk about the amount of mayo on the OUTSIDE of the boxes...... I paid almost $70 for burned chicken sandwiches and nuggets. What to do now? Drive my exhausting self BACK to complain? No, why? Cause I have to pull 12 MORE hours tomorrow. I need to rest. And that's where they get you. They know good and well when you drive off they are free and clear, I was the sucker again. But not anymore. The tourist can get shafted. This local will go to Taco Bell, at least they can get an order right. Management is a joke here. Answer your phone. You can't say you were so busy, cause you were NOT! There were maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. Yall just don't care. You are there for a quick shift and could care less about the people who buy your products. Our money is hard earned and this is akin to...
Read moreI dont go to kodak often, but was in the area and of course, my daughter wanted a happy meal. So I stopped in. Ordered it through the mobile app and was happy to see it costs less than in sevierville. We pull up to the pickup wondow to retrieve our food. A worker has stuck her head out the window looking at the car that just drove off in front of me. She then tells the other 3 workers, they just drove off. Not even acknowledging me. They proceed to have a long conversation all while I see a happy meal box sitting on the counter. One lady was wiping trays and the other 2 talking. I was staring wondering why none of the workers were getting my daughters food to me. A gentleman then walks up and says im sorry what did you order. So I tell him a 6 piece nugget happy meal. He then hands me the box that had been sitting there while the lady that initially stuck her head out the window made the drink. I get a few minutes down the road and my daughter finally asks where the fries and apples were. So, I turn around and drive back. Yes I was annoyed at the whole situation so had a little tude when I walked in asking for the fries and apples. Although the lady that got them for me was polite and told me they were fresh, she never once apologized for the inconvenience. To kick it off, after getting almost home, we pull out the nuggets from her box and there were only 4 in the box that said 6 piece and I ordered 6 piece. Don't think I will ever return to this location. Whether im in the...
