McDonald's — Restaurant in Shakopee

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of options to eat where I work so I end up eating at this particular location a lot. The last two times I came here to order something without dehydrated onion and both time have been labeled and with a receipt to say yes, but the actual food is not done as requested. To make matters worse when I brought the food in, there is no apology. Apparently me sliding the food across the counter and one of the sandwich is fine on the floor was enough for the employee to get the manager which is who I wanted anyway. When she came out and I explained to her that I am allergic to the dehydrated onions she wanted to know what she should do like it's my job to come up with a solution for how horrible your workers are. But I simply stated I want you to pay for my medical bill if I have an allergic reaction. She decided that was time for her to call the cops at that time. I'm asking for a call or response from the actual owner of this location as the manager clearly isn't capable of having a rational conversation unless I come up with solutions for a better way to order food and get what you order. I have not been reimbursed for my meal nor did I get a switch out. Absolutely disgusting experience. Looks like reading through the reviews. This is a common theme and the fake manager must be the way of not having it get up to the people that would really care if they knew exactly what was going on in a store like this. I know because I run a store as a 45-year-old man and I would be awfully embarrassed if I knew this is how my store was being run...

My family and I are all managers of fast food and I'm saying I wish I could give less of a full star rating. First of all, when we walk in the staff looked angry and mad that we were coming in. I get that it was late but this is your job. So we order and the guy taking our order had no eye contact. No one said please or thank you. They had at least 6 people working and we waiting for our order for 15 minutes. When we got our order, the manager asked if I got my drinks, i said no and she gave me 1 cup when I ordered 3. We were missing a chicken sandwich and when I went back up and asked for it, the same manager said "oh, that's why i have an extra sandwhich here." I thought managers are supposed to run the show and know what they're doing. We were missing our dipping sauce for our nuggets and our fries were cold and discgusting. The ketchup dispensers were out and half broken with ketchup smeared all over the counter with chemicals and rags sitting right out in plain sight right next to food. We ate our food outside at the picnic tables because literally every single table or booths still had garbage on it or was not wiped down at all. Napkins and garbage on the floors, and when we came back in to use the restrooms there was no toilet paper. And again I say we are managers at fast food restaurants because we were trained right and now we notice the little things but honestly anyone could tell this McDonald's is disgusting. We are not from the area but we will NOT be coming back to this...

Horrible service! We ordered our food and a medium caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle. When we got to the second window, the lady giving us our order was also the manager,(I don’t know her name but she has a lazy eye). She gave us our drink with barely any caramel drizzle on top , we told her that we ordered extra caramel drizzle. She said that we didn’t, ( maybe the person taking our order didn’t hear us). We asked her to just add a little more caramel on top and she refused, instead she said she would cancel our order and give us a refund. We told her we didn’t want a refund and she could just add a little caramel drizzle on top, and she refused again. We said that we wouldn’t leave until we got our order and she could call the police if she wants. Another worker came out, we explained the situation and she said she would add the caramel drizzle on top. The manger took the drink from the worker and told her not to make it . The manager called the police. We explained everything to the police , and the police gave us a refund and told us the lady refuses to give us our food and to try to go to the other McDonalds in Shakopee. She did all this over adding a little caramel drizzle on top. She was very rude and unprofessional. She thinks just because she’s the manger she can treat people however she wants. This isn’t the first time this lady was rude to us. We gave her the benefit of the doubt, and thought maybe she was just having a bad day. But this time it was completely...
