Beachy Queen Kitchen — Restaurant in Shalimar

Beachy Queen is a fantastic experience. The owners are amazingly friendly, and the food is delicious. We tried the hash brown casserole, french toast, breakfast sandwich, and iced and normal coffee. The coffee was high quality, and they made every effort to make the iced coffee exactly how we wanted it.

The food was delicious, and filling, and amazingly priced with great portions.

I also cannot believe the amazing service we had. Hands down amongst the best service I've received in years from a professional perspective. But the owners were also great people to talk and joke with.

We tried the breakfast croissant with bacon, French toast, and the hashbrown casserole. All three options were absolutely phenomenal! Possibly the best hashbrown casserole ever. The croissant was perfectly toasted, and the Caribbean sauce complimented the sandwich nicely. The French toast with a drizzle of caramel on top was a pleasant surprise and incredibly delicious. No butter or syrup needed because it was perfect as served. This meal was definitely 5 stars for us and we can’t wait to get back and try the lunch/dinner options as well. What an incredible find! Heading to JAX from Elgin and searched Google maps for a place to grab lunch. I am so glad we stopped! Well, we actually passed it but quickly turned into the gas station next door then walked over to find an unassuming diner style food truck with amazing service & incredible food!
