Clean Eatz — Restaurant in Florida

I would like to preface this review by saying I’ve been a customer coming here consistently for years and I’ve been getting lunch at the location about 4 or 5 days a week for the last couple years and never had a problem. However, recently I’ve been having more negative experiences than positive ones, entirely having to do with the quality of the food. I have had a few dishes coming out tasting or smelling funky, particularly with the salmon, which I have had to send back about 4 times in the last month until I quit ordering it. Other times I get the food and it just tastes stale or old even though I know the kitchen just cooked it. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the supplier, but I’ve noticed a dip in quality of the food over the course of may-June. However, most concerningly and why I’m writing the review to begin with, the right grab and go freezer at the front has been having consistent issues with not working. I’ve noticed it’s been out a few times the past few weeks and despite being consistently serviced, is still having issues. Today I went to grab a grab and go out the freezer just before close, and i noticed all of the grab and goes in the right freezer were nowhere near frozen. Not even fridge temp. They were only barely noticeably cooler than room temperature and all of the food inside was no longer frozen together and could be shaken around. Part of the reason I’ve been eating here so consistently is that I have stomach issues and am more susceptible to getting sick from food-borne illnesses and trusted the quality of food here. However, after recent experiences, I am starting to question if it’s even safe to eat here anymore. No one generally wants to eat food that they question if it might make them sick. An absolute shame, this place has always been amazing and the staff has always done a wonderful job, but this issue is not in their control . Might have to steer clear for a while and come back and see if the quality has improved sometimes...

Wow, looking for actual clean eating? Great food, friendly, and helpful workers! My wife is gluten free(sensitivity) and it's difficult to find a place that she can eat at without her not feeling good afterwards. So much on the menu she can eat here! We are adding this to the top of the list. I really enjoyed it as well. We went with the bowls-build your own. They have a great selection of carb/veggie/protein/sauces/spice that you pick separately. Very affordable and you feel great afterward. They have meals you can pick up-they are in a freezer and you pick what you want. It's really pretty fantastic, and if you buy a lot of them it comes out to like $6.50 a meal. Discounts are set at a certain amount of meals you buy. The more you buy the more you save. But it's brilliant because it's all fresh! My wife and I spent about $26(got a chex mix snack-which was amazing!) It came out to a little more than $10 per person. They have cheaper things as well, but seriously, I wasn't eating all the fat, fried, over carbed dinner that I would usually eat, and my wife wasn't eating a salad. I had a wonderful experience at Clean Eatz! Every employee was so sweet and kind and answered each and every one of my questions super well and explained things thoroughly. They also gave great recommendations and I loved to see that they all genuinely seemed to enjoy working there! I got the hammerhead wrap with sweet potato fries for lunch and 2 of the Premade breakfast meals and 3 of the dinner meals. The wrap and fries were delicious and a perfect portion, and I’m super excited to try the frozen meals because they look yummy and have fantastic macros. It was also awesome to see that they had a lot of options that catered to people who are plant based, gluten free, plus other dietary restrictions. All of the meals both the fresh ones and frozen had really great prices and I was surprised to see that they had so many options for such great prices when the competitors are double the price and half the flavor.
