We are from a different state and stopped by this sonic on the way through Shalimar tonight! This is the absolute worst sonic I've ever been to! Not only did we sit in the drive through for 45 minutes (there was hardly any other customers) As we pulled up to the window the girl was immediately super RUDE! She had no manners at all!!! We ordered regular sweet tea and a raspberry sweet tea, I opened the lid of the drink that was handed to me and smelled it to see which one it was AND tasted it.....it was coke!!! We politely told the girl at the window that we ordered a regular sweet tea and raspberry sweet tea. Her response was, "That's what that is!" She argued with us about what the drink was. THEN! She takes the drink so we can't see her (so she thought) sticks a straw in the drink and tastes it!!!!šµšµšµShe finally gave us the teas after all of that! The rest of the time that she was giving us our food she was a smarty pants and acted as though we were bothering her. She even propped her elbow and chin up on the window like we were bothering her as we were asking for condiments. IF we return there, I REFUSE to be waited on by that specific girl. Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust went there for 2 small sonic blasts. They're normally perfect every time. Tonight, however, I ordered a Cookie Dough and Brownie blast, and got soft serve only. Absolutely no cookie dough or brownie. My boyfriend ordered the Butterfinger blast and his only had crumbs of butterfinger on top of the whipped cream, but not in the blast. We waited in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes, 10 at the speaker while the guy said he'd be right with us, came back and said he'd take our order, told me to hold on a second after i gave him my order, then came back a couple minutes later and asked what i wanted, like I hadn't just told him. I understand they were busy, I work as a waitress and understand that when you're slammed, you're slammed and there's nothing you can do about it. But with one guy standing at the computer doing absolutely nothing in front of the window, not taking orders, not running food, and not helping the other two employees do anything, and another guy leaving in the middle of all of this is a bit absurd. If it wasn't already 9:30 and i didn't have to be at work at 7 in the morning, I'd go there and complain and get my order or get my money back. But i feel like a bad review will...

I placed an online delivery order and payed a $2 delivery tip. After an hour, I called to check on the status. The employee was rude, told me I had done it all wrong, and too bad for me. I asked to speak with a manager and she hung up on me.
I called back and the manager, Kelly, answered. I again explained that I had placed on online order and wanted the status. She said she knew and she was "sorry" that I did it wrong. I asked how I did it wrong when I placed a tip and she ALSO HUNG UP ON ME!!
I then called National customer service who said they don't deliver from that location. I'm ok w that but Sonic is scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees here. All the first employee had to do was be decent but she and the manager treated me like dirt. I've asked to speak to the franchisee. I don't want a generic "1 - 10" star feed back
I would hope that the local franchisee respects his business and contacts me and wants better. I will let you know if...
