I went there a few times in the past, but the wait time was so long I stopped going there, and I had not been back there because of the extremely slow service and super long wait times, not to mention the fact that the prices are between 10% and 40% higher than the other four places in this area. Then I saw a 60% off deal last week, so I decided to give it another shot. It was the same exact super slow service, but this time it was even worse for me because I purchased a quarter of ground flower, what the website said is "not just your usual pick it up off the bottom of the barrel but actual real flower ground up", but in fact they must use micro screens because I am not exaggerating when I tell you that this entire container of ground flower, had no chunks in it, had no types of plant material at all, and basically look like green colored sand, it was ground that fine. I have purchased ground flower at all of the other establishments in this area, and it always looks like it does when it comes out of my personal grinder, like ground up flower, but at this place it literally looks like sand. After my purchase was complete they send me a survey to my cell phone number, and I fill it out honestly about the long wait time and then I get another text message from what seems like a personal number, saying that they want me to adjust my review because the survey was only supposed to reflect about the person who was checking me out at the register, not my overall experience.
I responded back that maybe they should send out a survey for an overall experience because that is what most people look at versus just one single moment when they're handing their money over to somebody at a register.
The guy that checked me out, Matthew, was an okay guy. He wasn't overly fantastic or anything, but when he asked if I had been there before, and I told him that I used to go there but I stopped going there because the wait times were so long, he said that I must have caught them on a couple of bad days in the past, but then I told him that this particular visit that I was on currently was getting close to 30 minutes for me making it another long wait time, he just simply stated that they were short-handed that day.
Unless they somehow present me with a 100% off coupon, or actually PAY ME to go there and pick up product, I am definitely not returning to MUV...

I have been to MUV a good handful of times now, and it has always been a positive experience. There were a few people from MUV that helped me out so much today, I feel compelled to leave this review. Tiffani on the website's online chat - Wow! Tiffani is absolutely amazing... I was placing my order online and I had a few different questions so I decided to use the online chat feature. She was so patient with all my questions and so willing to help. I was able to talk to her about my anxiety /PTSD and she completely understood and gave great suggestions of different products. She was so kind and personable, and she had expressed that she is in this industry to help people, and I truly believe that is the case for her. I hope you get the pleasure of chatting with her one day, you won't regret it! Colby at MUV Shalimar - I have been helped by Colby a few times now and he is always so helpful and pleasant! He has helped explain so many things to me, whether it was about different products at MUV, or even helping me to better understand some legalities, I always leave feeling more knowledgable and confident in my purchases. Read moreI went into Muv last night towards the end of the night right before they had to lock the doors. Usually, I don't like to be one of the last people in before close but figured it would be alright since I knew what I was looking for. I was sent to the Express window by the host desk to be taken care of by the drive-thru associate whose register and computer were by the drive-thru window a little distance away from the express window. There was a deal going on where if you purchased over $150 of product, you Recieved $50 off. My purchase came out to $185 and he brought me my product, WITHOUT my change. I noticed his changeless hands walking up to my window and immediately checked the bag to see if he had put it in there, he hadn't. Without skipping a beat I immediately said thankyou and left because I knew my change had just been stolen as their tip, which is what I was planning on giving to them to begin with. I've worked at a dispensary in the past and I'm pretty disgusted by this behavior. Your customers come into your store with issues and they're being taken advantage of. As an anxious, nonconfrontational person (the reason I smoke) the last thing I felt comfortable doing was causing any sort of uproar over the $15 that I was gonna leave anyway. However, I do recommend you count your change and keep an eye on them!
