After having frequented this location regularly on Friday nights after a class, and knowing that the posted closing hour is 11 as we'd been there repeatedly, we were greeted unpleasantly, almost angrily, and asked if we were ordering to go. Our friends had arrived 5-10 minutes before us, and we joined them and ordered promptly (appetizers and desserts, not elaborate meals), and we even asked for our checks to be brought with the food and prepared payment right when checks arrived. While we awaited our food, all the tables surrounding ours and the entry floor were cleaned with strong smelling pine cleaner. The fumes made it difficult to breathe. The hostess processed our checks with the same scowl we were greeted with. And despite the fact that we had finished, paid, and packed our leftovers to go prior to 11, the lights were turned out on us and the other table of patrons.

The food here is excellent. It was pleasant during dinner hour. They have lost our business for good after last...

We were in a group of 4 people and went here for lunch on 9/20/19. I am a strict vegetarian and ordered vegetarian Falafel rolled pita sandwich. Other person in the group ordered a meat Kabob rolled pita sandwich. The server who brought our food to the table made a big mistake. She gave me meat Kabob sandwich and my Falafel to other person who ordered Kabob. This happened even after I confirmed with her that she was giving me vegetarian Falafel that I ordered. I found this out when I started to eat and a piece of meat went in my mouth that I had to spit it out. This was a very serious mistake since I am a strict vegetarian. This was brought first to the attention of server and then to the manager about this food switch that was totally unacceptable. What I got the answer from both server and manager was that they were sorry. They brought me a new Falafel sandwich after I waited for it for which they fully charged me. The restaurant not only charged me for Falafel sandwich but I was also charged extra $0.65 for the sauce that I even did not order. Two mistakes in one trip was too much and therefore rating of 1 is given here. Regarding the quality of food, my Falafel sandwich was not great. It was very dry with not enough dressing put on it and rolled pita was over cooked that was turned brown. I would think twice to visit this...

We have dined in twice at this location on a Sunday evening. We really like the food, however yesterday when we went, the service was exceptionally poor. The music is so loud coming from the kitchen coupled with the music in the dining area doesn't make for a relaxing night. The waitress we had, had very little customer service skills. We both ordered iced teas and she promptly said they just ran out of iced tea, so I asked her if they could make any more and she left, didn't let us know either way, but magically appeared later with 2 iced teas. I had ordered mine with extra lemon. After continuously passing me over while taking care of 1 other table, in between taking selfies of herself and texting while near the kitchen, I finally got up and asked the manager for some. We received our food and within 15 minutes, the waitress asked us if we wanted boxes, while food was in our mouths. We asked if they were closing and she said no, she's just cleaning. There were other nuances but ultimately we felt very rushed. There were 2 tables besides us, that's it. We approached the manager at the end of the night explaining what our experience was like and while he apologized, he kept backing away and rushed us out of there. Not dining there again....
