If they're lucky, the woman in the car ahead of me, whom the drive-thru girl bonded with by collaboratively mocking me, will leave them a 5 -star rating to average this into a 3-star. Woman ahead starts chit-chatting as she hands over her credit card, listens, turns back to look at me sitting there looking ahead at her and laughs "I see him". Then I get my coffee, look at it and wahlah, it all makes sense. So here's what that was...when I ordered a grande Pike at the mic, the only request I made was "and could you add just a very tiny bit of cream, no sugar". Pretty benign I would think...but apparently someone got their feelings hurt I guess. And so here's what probably went down... I didn't say "just a little cream" but emphasized how little, and that was interpreted as ...I'm going off horrible experiences and don't trust your ability to gauge just a little cream because your people have wrecked my past coffees with too much cream so now I'm super paranoid. And yeah, I guess that wouldn't be a misconception. But what's out of bounds and unprofessional is when they take it personally and mock me with another customer. And when I took off the lid to look, aahhh they wrecked it again, but now most likely on purpose. Way too much cream and I'm way too busy to go grab my phone and take a picture to prove it. So I had good reason to overemphasize the request and they proved it well-founded once again. I'm done with that location. There are plenty of other stores with servers who've graduated high school both physically...
Read moreI love Starbucks, but if the girl with the short red hair is working, I'll walk right back out. After being a Starbucks partner (barista/supervisor) for almost 5 years, I know that customer service is paramount. This is one of the reasons Starbucks is so successful! She is a very poor representation of the company and hurts this particular store. I went in wanting a venti drink with 2 pumps mocha and 2 pumps coconut. Double syrup is way too sweet. I expected to pay for the syrup. Instead, she tried to charge me $.60 for mocha and another $.50 for coconut. A normal iced venti drink gets 6 pumps of syrup. I wanted a total of 4. Not even the full amount! When I asked why I was being double charged, she argued that "mocha is a sauce, and coconut is a syrup, so you pay separately." Are you serious? I'm already paying $4 BASE. You're not losing money. When I tried to explain, I told her to cancel my drink. She didn't even try to recover my business or be understanding. She simply said, "Ok" and looked to my fiance for his order. This is just terrible customer service, especially over something so small. I will not choose to visit this location in the future. Is rather drive further to a location that cares about customer...
Read moreI never have issues with this Starbucks. This is the one closest to my house and I frequently mobile order from here. They have never messed up my order. Also, whether I choose in store pick up or drive through, my drink is usually always ready( I order as I’m pulling out of my neighborhood, I live 5-10 mins depending on traffic).
My first week of actually living in my new neighborhood, I went to this Starbucks for a drink and they were running a special with a free scone and drink( June 2020). So again, something super nice.
The staff who I have encountered with, were all very nice, funny and always complimentary. Between saying I look fabulous for the day, my hair was beautiful or my daughter and I were beautiful( trust me it was mostly females). Again just very friendly and nice staff.
The times I’ve gone in store, they had social distance stickers on the ground, mandatory masks( employees and patrons), the staff kept their masks in the correct position, even while greeting those who come in and I’ve never seen over 10 people inside. They have either been quick enough to get people checked out and have their items or the people have stepped out for a couple minutes,...
