I have waited tables at a few restaurants and even worked at a different La Rosas and was disappointed by my service today.
I came at 115 pm on a Friday (not rush hour) with my 3 elementary school aged kids. We were helped right away but it took quite a while for our drinks to arrive.
After pizza arrived, there were only 2 tables including mine. She brought the check Without asking if we wanted dessert, as if she assumed something or maybe wanted to rush us out. I ordered 2 desserts and even though I told her I was splitting the cheesecake scoops with my daughter and we were sitting apart from eachother at a large booth, she didn't think to bring an extra plate for us. I had to ask.
She also brought the cheesecake about 10 minutes before bringing the other dessert, baked cookies (amazing btw) for my sons. So they had to watch us eat.
Also, I stated the boys were sharing the 3 cookies and she didn't bring another plate for them. These cookies are warm and messy and we had run out of napkins. I had to walk around the restaurant looking for napkins. She was gone.
We all finished dessert but no staff was around to talk to or offer to go boxes. I had to walk around to try to find her for boxes and a check.
I don't understand why so many basics weren't covered. I'm a traveler. I know at some restaurants staff get relaxed during slow periods. But its not cool to provide lesser service just because people arrived between meals. I work hard for my money and don't take the kids out to eat very often.
I Just wanted to update management so they know their staff may need some...
Read moreI wholeheartedly wish I could give you negative stars. I placed a 60 dollar order for my family for Mother’s Day dinner. I was on location at the time it was supposed to be ready and had to wait almost 20 minutes. Once the order was ready I was told one item was burned and had to be remade and had to wait another 15 minutes. I asked if the fries could be remade too cause after a very short period of time they get soggy and no one wants soggy fries. I was told “they are in a warmer they will be fine” so they refused to do the bare minimum to ensure quality food and a happy customer. Once I got home, only a 6 minute drive, the fries were indeed soggy and the majority of the food was lukewarm. Two different items had hair in the food and I’m thinking it may have been intentional. Lastly I ordered cheese sauce and it was the color of Dijon mustard and tasted burnt, it was disgusting. There was hardly any customers there either. I even heard a few employees talking about how slow they have been. I’m having a difficult time understanding the sub par food quality and the combativeness of the employees at this restaurant. I’m highly disappointed and not only will I not come back to this location but I’m also informing all my neighbors to not go here either unless they want to throw...
Read moreCalled customer service to place a carry out order for this location but was told they weren’t accepting orders by phone. Asked if I could order in person so I was transferred to the store. Tom told me that their computer systems were down but they were doing everything manually & will take care of me if I came in person. I get there less than 15 minutes later (had to wait to pick my son up from work) & was informed by a lady working that they are closed for the night. I said I just called a few minutes before & was told I could order. She said no. Had to go to the Blue Ash location which was out of my way & made me late to where I was going. I called back to customer service & was told my a mid level rep that this shouldn’t have happened & would transfer me to a higher level rep to see if they can offer any discount. They said no because it’s a store problem, not theirs. Highly disappointed & this is usually my very...
