Five times I have ordered in the app to make the order clearer, even so they have always given me something wrong, or they charge me for an extra product that I have NOT ordered, today they gave me some donuts that were not exactly the ones I ordered in the app
Due to an error in the application there were no drinks left, so we ordered them at the drive thru and they gave me the wrong one, not more than a month ago I came to pick up my order, I have an accent when I speak English because it is not my first language, Even so, I have a fairly good level and in all the restaurants they have always understood me and they have given me what I ask for, but it was not the case here, when the girl who was attending as soon as she noticed my accent began to speak quite quickly, I told her that I was going to pick up my order, they always ask me only for my name, this time she asked for my last name too, I told her and she remained silent, I asked her if she needed to know anything else, and she yelled at me telling me in a very bad way that if I didn't understand I should go to the window, when I got there I was a bit far away, so I had to open my door and this girl told me that apparently I don't know how to drive in this country either, something that really bothered me, I just took my drinks, tried to see her name but she covered it with her hair, has she had some braid extensions in her hair, I don't give more details about how she is physically because I don't want to be the one who looked bad when talking about her physique
Finally I think I'm giving up on this branch, I tried to give you an opportunity in person (the only good experience I had during the winter of 2022), but since then your attention has been getting worse, I just hope no one else experiences these situations
I attach the photo of the donuts they gave me that I didn't...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ exclusively for over 3 years. I started because they were cheaper for the same sized options offered at other competitors back then like Star Bucks and Scooters. It’s still generally cheaper, but I’ve kept coming back and stuck with them because the staff here are incredible. I can’t think of one time I’ve come inside for my weird syrup flavor combos, whether it’s 5 minutes after they’ve opened or just before they close, where they had anything on but a smile. They always greet me, ask how I’m doing, chat with me if it’s relaxed enough in the drive-thru, and seem to enjoy what they do. On top of all that, they never take more time than I see as necessary for any of my orders. It gets busy during certain times of a late morning or early afternoon, but they still bust it down and get it done in a timely fashion. Every job has its plunders, but a barista around here isn’t exactly an easy thing to take on. For having a smile on always despite how many rude and distasteful customers you must get, with being a place to go when someone craves sugar and caffeine bad before they try to avoid traffic, I...
Read moreTook kids there yesterday morning. The "manager" waited on us. He was obviously sick with some sort of respiratory illness, with a horrible and seemingly uncontrolled cough. He barely covered his mouth when he had a coughing fit - RIGHT IN FRONT OF ALL OF THE AVAILABLE DONUTS!!!
I told him I thought he was perhaps too sick to be handling food or dealing with the public. His response, "I'm not sick at all."
Today, my 10 year old son shares the same cough as the Dunkin Manager - with a fever.
I did inform both Dunkin's corporate office as well as the Kansas Health Department.
Thanks, Dunkin!
7/1/18: UPDATE: within a week, we were all sick! Lasted about 10 days. Probably the flu, our doctors said - even after a flu shot. And, after the auto generated reply from Dunkin, promising quick action and follow up, CRICKETS! ZERO RESPONSE! what a lousy, yet typical, complaint mechanism. We dont trust Dunkin anymore.
The health dept went out to inspect the next day and, as suspected, the sick manager who claimed to "not (be) sick at all" was off work -...
