Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Shawnee

We made a door dash order at 11:33 am thinking that would be plenty of time for it to be made and delivered before our scheduled lunch. The door dash driver arrived at the restaurant and had to wait an additional 15 minutes to even receive our food making it where it was not delivered until almost 12:15. They give an estimated time and could not even meet that. Imagine if it were someone actually in the store for their break, their entire lunch would have been gone just waiting for their order. We ordered ahead of time anticipating a bit of a delay, but the time to make the subpar sandwiches was almost 40 minutes which is just ridiculous. We both ended up not even finishing our sandwiches because they simply didn't taste good. We won't be ordering again, especially when we can order from City Bites and get good food ordered and delivered without having to even order ahead of time. They have no record of my remake which leaves the "honor system". Lucky for you guys, I kept my receipt for this exact reason. Once the gentleman heard that my complaint was valid and have an actual receipt, he changed his tone. Interesting.

Here's my advice, treat everyone with respect regardless of your personal opinion of someone. I wanted to give a shout out to Jersey Mike's and the crew. I went in on Saturday and had done an online order that was supposed to be ready a few minutes after I got there. I ordered Gluten Free bread and it wasn't ready. I wanted to see the OU kickoff of the game but I was ok with it. The girl behind the counter was very apologetic and offered a drink. The manager came out as well. The grill was down too and you could tell they were having a rough time. The manager felt really bad and apologized.
