Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Shawnee

Just started going here recently, first time I ordered online and chose pickup via drive-through; when I arrived a woman had just gotten in front of me and took forever to order - fine, pulled up and told them I had a pickup, and had ordered about 15 minutes prior. This lady apparently ordered a catering order at the drive through and instead of sending her around front to curbside I had to sit trapped in the drive through for 15 minutes while they made her food while mine was already done...not too smart, but the kid that gave me my order also had pot leaves all over his shorts so surely that says something.

Ordered again tonight and got my Hunters Club only to get home to find out it's just roast beef, cheese and mayo, none of the included veggies that are apart of the sandwich were on my sandwich. Just plain jane, so that...

This place actually gets zero stars for me the people who work there extremely rude the manager Christathe absolute rudest person to work there I place an order to be picked up they serve raw bacon when I called up there to make them aware and express my concerns calmly and politely she was extremely rude telling me that I am extremely wrong that it's not raw that's in my mind and I'm delusional great managerial skills great way to talk to a customer she's terrible it's a god-awful store do not go there I will never ever ever order Jimmy John's again nor will I ever ever suggest them to anyone else absolute terrible service was also rude when the person went into pick it up better off going to...

Went through the drive through there this evening, I tried to pay with a $100.00. The guy at the drive through window said that he couldn’t take it because they couldn’t break the $100 with what he has in the register?? 🤔How does a business keep under $100 in the register at all times??? He said the only way he could break it was if my order was around $80??? I feel like it was a cop out to not have to count the money back🤷‍♀️ just how it seemed. I need up paying with a card ( which wasn’t what I wanted to do). I just don’t get it, they have more than one register in that location, he could have checked there...
