First, as my friend ordered their food, the cashiers repeated their name several times as though they didn't understand, and then purposely misspelled my friends name. The two guys laughed about this. We witnessed this happening to several other customers too. My friend ordered spicy chicken, it was obvious that it wasn't. I tried to fix it asking for spicy chicken and the guy told me it was. He flat out lied. They honestly couldn't care less and their jobs were obviously a joke to them. Neither worker wore a name tag, but our receipt shows Payton.
After the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism I observed tonight with the two boys running the front registers, I would highly suggest that the manager have them submit to a drug test. It was interesting to witness their "couldn't care less" demeanor with my friend and other customers as they mispronounced everyone's names in addition to focusing their attention on conversations with their co-workers while taking orders, ignoring customers completely. It was especially infuriating to watch them make fun of various ethnic groups and their names with disrespect. I hope in the future, the interviews will be for people that actually want to work and not make their job a joke or pretend to be high schoolers regressing into...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCustomer service is HORRILBE at this location. When I pulled up the lady at the window didn't even bother to say hello or to tell me the total or offer a receipt--their drive thru menu screen was out and I wanted to confirm that my order was right before blindly giving them my card. WHAT I DIDN'T APPRECIATE WAS THE PRANK THEY PULLED AFTER I PAID. After I was given my card back and receipt I was told to pull forward to the second window for my food, except NOBODY WAS THERE! I gave it a minute or two before circling around and going inside--I really didn't want to do this as I was sick which was why I chose the drive thru in the first place! When I showed the guy at the register my receipt and explained what happened, they were all in the back laughing at me like it was the funniest thing in the world--only the guy that was decent was working the register and apologized and handed my food.--and I will note I felt it looked rather discriminatory from an employee standpoint that this gentleman was African American and was wearing a hairnet, but all the other non African American employees with extremely long were not wearing hairnets. WORST...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreORDERED THROUGH THE APP. WAS GIVEN A CHOICE OF THE DRIVE THRU OR COME IN AND PICK IT UP. I CHOSE THE DT. WHEN I GOT TO THE SPEAKER AND TOLD THE GUY I HAD AN APP ORDER, HE SAID I COULDN'T DO IT THOUGH THE DT AND HAD TO COME INSIDE. I TOLD HIM I WAS STUCK WITH TWO CARS BEHIND ME. oops caps... After about 10 minutes i made it to the window. The girl started handing me someone else's order. Straightened it out after they called the mgr over to locate my food. Something else...I get that they want to keep it loose, but the mgr was dancing with the cashier while they were trying to move people through. When you wait that long to get your stuff, it is not a good look Food was fine, except I didn't have a spoon in the bag for my Red Beans and Rice. Not saying I won't be back, but I'll probably wait for this place to settle down a bit, kind of like when Whataburger was a slow mess for a while. Need to get it together with the app orders though. Not sure what to do...
