Culver’s — Restaurant in Sheboygan

I was excited to go here for the first time since I am currently traveling out of state and my home state does not have a Culver’s . However my excitement came to an end when I got lectured for not parking in the right spot to receive my food . The girl running the food out was super nice to everyone telling them to enjoy their food but when it came to me , she gave me a lecture to never park in that spot again . I explained to her that there were no spots available where people usually wait for their food and also it was my first time there and i am from out of state . She just kept saying how that was the wrong spot to park in and that it was really messing things up . No it wasn’t , quit acting me parking in a spot for 2 minutes is the end of the world . She kept telling me to never park there again . That’s fine , I won’t ever be there again after that attitude . Also, they forgot my fries . So now I have a giant cheese and nothing to dip into it ....

I've been going to this Culver's since 1996. I went with my family tonight to get dinner. We went to the counter and looked over the menu. I started placing my order with the girl behind the counter when another employee came up and started saying something to her about a bun. The girl who should have been taking my order then started talking to the other employee and completely ignoring me. She then walked away, turned back and said "give me a minute. " I told my family I'd be back and walked into the bathroom so I didn't lose my cool at the counter. I came back and my family had already ordered. I told them I was no longer hungry and took my daughters to the car. This incident was a failure on the first employee to take care of a customer that was ordering, as well as a failure on the second employee for not allow a customer to place an order. My family are more than welcome to go back here. But...

As an employee this may seem biast, BUT

I am 16, I have worked at this location since I turned 14 and could work. It was my choice to get a job. It was not forglced by my parents. The 2 years I've been here, I've worked with some of the most amazing and positive people that I can gladly call family. I love this job and wouldn't ask for a better crew or boss.

Aside from my point of view, feedback that we have received from guests always brings a smile to my face. Some of our regulars will drive past other locations, just to come and stop at ours, even coming as far as plymouth, at least as far as I know of. These guests love the positivity and interaction we have with them, versus just taking the order and serving them.
