Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Sheboygan

I was having a fun time shopping but it all got ruined by a rude employee by the name of Monica. I was with my two younger sisters and I was trying to decide what size I wanted a certain sweater in when all of a sudden Monica stood behind me for a long time. I felt so awkward that I turned to face her to see if I was in her way. As soon as I looked at her she yelled at me in a loud and angry voice "IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO BUY THOSE THEN PUT THEM BACK!" My sisters and I were so shocked because we didn't do anything wrong. It was so unexpected that it honestly made us laugh. I simply told her "I am going to try these on". She then proceeded to repeat the same thing in the same rude tone. I didn't want to argue with her so being the bigger person, I took the two sweaters with me and went to try them on in the fitting. Not to mention both fitting rooms were super dirty with clothes lying all over the floor. Maybe instead of yelling at people for shopping, Monica should get those fitting rooms cleaned. Also, if she doesn't like seeing people shop, maybe she needs to leave Ross because this job...

Store is a disaster and it just opened. Very clear the staff doesn't care as they are just wandering around doing nothing. They're locking dressing rooms to prevent having to maintain them which is fine, I get it, but the other dressing rooms are trashed. One register was open when I left. Oddly I encountered more than five staff in the store pushing empty carts to nowhere. Very strange behavior to observe.

Needed emergency use of the bathroom and found them locked behind a keypad. Asked staff to let us in and they took their time talking about their upcoming break rather than helping. Got upset when we decided to use the restroom at hobby lobby next door that was open after Ross staff had us wait for them to unlock the public restrooms. My 3 year old daughter ended up having an accident. Thanks staff, you are...

Hopefully this place gets better in time? But it says alot already with just being open, and Already having bad reviews. Here is mine, It's basically a "Burlington coat factory" if people are wondering what the store is like. It was a complete disaster, Nothing really well organized, stuff just thrown in place, empty boxes of merchandise on shelves, part of the store is so cluttered but other parts of the store are so "thin" Employees Don't welcome you into the store nor say have a good day. Employees were more worried about discussing their schedule and to find someone to work for them so they can go party, instead of helping customers. Parking lot is not well thought out. And there are no trash cans outside the door so people's trash is just everywhere . Like I said, hopefully it gets better,...
