Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Sheboygan

There was a long black hair in my food and the General Manager refused to refund my money. They would only offer me store credit despite multiple attempts to get a refund. I even brought the uneaten sandwich in for them to observe the hair (in both halves of my sandwich) and I was met with sarcasm and a flat out refusal to refund me. I was really disappointed in the level of customer service that I received from the General Manager who did nothing to rectify the problem other then to reluctantly and rudely offer me in-store credit. After my second trip to the store, the General Manager would not come out of the office to meet with me and had one of the people working at the front desk hand me a 10.00 bill which was actually less than what I paid for...

11-2-24 update: As of this date, there still no warm water available in the Men's room; only very cold water. This is unsanitary.

5-21-24 update: I first reported the cold water on 2-6-24. I was there 4-18-24 and there is still no warm water to hand washing.

2-6-24: Everything about this location is perfect, except for one hugely disappointing thing: They do not provide warm water in the restrooms. I loved Jimmy John's, I loved that they delivered. Since I've moved to sheboygan, I've ordered 20 plus times, no issues but always ordered at night. Well whoever was working today, 11:45am Jan 30th 2022 said I'm JUST out of their range. Which is a lie. I order several times a week and now all of a sudden they don't deliver to my house??? Disappointing👎 might be petty but you just lost my business jimmy John's. I'll go to jersey mikes instead. I was a good tipper too, tipped 10 or more...
