Terrible everything. Im not one to bash on places but jesus christ. Arrived at the drive through with 2 mobile online orders. A car was already there, lord knows how long they've been waiting and then I pull up in the second drive through lane. Completely quiet for 7 minutes as other cars were piling up behind us and other cars left, I decided to go into the lobby and the employee at the register DID NOT know what the hell she was doing, nor did she seem to care to help. When it was finally our turn to order, I told her we had 2 mobile orders, we were waiting at the drive through for years and no answer and then she asks us the code. I tell her and all she does is goes into the kitchen, says nothing to anyone, and says "umm i think theyre working on it". YOU THINK OR YOU KNOW? GO FIND OUT. Absolutely terrible. We then proceeded to wait 10 min and all she did the entire time was stand there looking straight and didnt even bother to check our order so we then just went back through the drive through and finally got our order. Mobile orders are supposed to be quick and painless but this location just doesnt seem like they know what theyre doing. Last but not least when we got home, the burgers we ordered had half assed to no ketchup or mustard. Will not be going to that place ever again. For instance, during my last order of McChickens two weeks ago, the paties appeared flattened and squished in the shape of fingers, and all toppings were displaced into the wrapper. Today, upon ordering a kids meal, I encountered another issue – the food was served ice cold, with undercooked fries. Unfortunately, I was unable to address this concern immediately due to work commitments.
Moreover, I have observed a concerning trend in employee interactions. While two individuals, one older and the other with short brown hair, have exhibited kindness, the majority of the staff has displayed negative attitudes, given me unwarranted glares, or ignored my orders. This trend persists during both in-person visits and pickups. While I acknowledge the challenges of being short-staffed, the visible disinterest and lack of enthusiasm among most staff members create an unwelcoming atmosphere for customers. I must say, my experience at this establishment left me quite disappointed. Instead of being greeted and assisted by a friendly employee, I was directed to a kiosk to place my order. While I understand the challenges faced by the industry, such as poor working conditions and low wages, I reluctantly accepted this change as a reflection of the current era we live in.
To make matters worse, when my order was brought to me, it was missing my drink. I had to wait for another employee to return with an empty cup for me to retrieve my own beverage.
Coming from a different time, where even fast food chains like McDonald's offered a more enjoyable dining experience, I can't help but feel disheartened by the decline in quality. The atmosphere is now less inviting and personal, and it seems that everything has suffered except for the costs, which have only increased without providing much value in return.
