Inspect your food even if you have to hold up the drive thru (ESPECIALLY at night time). Stopped there with my brother to get some food (05/29/2022 around 12:35AM); Ordered their 2 for 6; got four big macs (two of those four sandwiches were with no pickles) and an order of large fries. After receiving our order, I took my brother home. Once we got to his place, we inspected the sandwiches to see which ones had pickles and which one didn't. Upper half of the sandwiches had nothing. No bed of lettuce, no pickles, no mac sauce, and no patty. ON. ALL. FOUR. SANDWICHES. He didn't want to go back to get new ones so he just took his two macs but I did. Manager at night (Tiffany) greeted me at the window and asked what's wrong with it after opening the boxes. I had to pointed that the upper half had NOTHING. She said the cook was new and placed them in the wrong order. Uh. NO. HE. DID. NOT. because there weren't two patties on the bottom half. Tiffany was just making up excuses (and if she wasn't then they need to retrain their cook because this has happened to a coworker of mine before. I can show his fb post about it as evidence). Thankfully, they did made me two new ones but just in case they spat in it I nuked it in the microwave for 30 seconds once I got home. I'm not even going to make a complaint to the owners because, once, an employee (different mcds in Sheboygan) used my card to pay for someone else's order. I wrote them an email and they never contact me; Probably, my email just went straight into their spam/junk. JUST PARK YOUR CAR AND INSPECT YOUR FOOD. You'll thank me for it, and it'll save you...
Read moreI was there today around 11:35 and they still had up a breakfast menu then they kept asking me over and over what would I like to eat how can I know if I can't see the board to tell me then I give him a coupon they tell me they can't accept that I give him a different one off the app they tell me they can't accept that either then an African-American manager walks over and is very rude to me so I told her to take that slip and shove it up her ass and I will not be eating there anymore this is not the first time and it won't be the last if they would treat their employees that work hard good they would not leave they would still be there I am sick and tired of this female manager who treats people like she's some kind of queen we all put our pants on the same way I would like a nice hot food and a timely manner not 20 to 30 minutes later after arguing with them and then half the time when you get your food it's messed up either way what's funny is I went to the South Side Hardees and it was under 5 minutes how is that happen thank you and have a nice day I will not be back maybe you never know never...
Read moreNot only do they blatantly mistreat their mentally handicapped employees, but now on two occasions that have given us problems about sauce. The first one I remember is my Fiancee going to pick the food up from the counter as the women took my honey mustard, that I ordered, off the tray. My fiancee told her we ordered them and she said "oh" and put them back. One time wasnt going to put me in too much of a mood but tonight, at 6:26 PM on December 17th 2018 a taller white lady with light hair (I believe I was in the car) told the young lady she wasnt allowed to give us two honey mustards unless we paid for it. She was rude to the worker, yelling at her in front of us, making her visibly uncomfortable, she had zero customer service. I hear these supervisors yelling at their employees and talking smack about them all the time while ordering, there are only 3 women there I can know I'll get good service from and one of them is the young lady who wasnt allowed to give me honey mustard today, for the food I ordered and payed for....
