I ordered a King"s Hawaiian fish sandwich. I'm not a fan of lettuce and tomato on my sandwich, so I asked for it to be made without - cheese and extra tarter only. Asked for Jalapeno Bites - we're out. Asked for a apple turnover or cherry - we're out because we close at 8PM - it was 7:50PM (google search says 1AM close - which I checked before I went, and window sticker at drive-thru shows 11PM).
Said "hello, how are you?" to the girl at the window - nothing.
I live 2 minutes from this store. When I took out my sandwich, there was no nice folded wrapping around it. The paper was balled up like a baseball around it. The sandwich itself was a mess. Instead of being stacked, it was in three different smashed layers. Yes I asked for extra tarter sauce, but who emptied the entire container on this "sandwich"?. And the crowning issue? An obvious thumb print indentation in the center of the bun that went all the way through the sandwich. I had to eat it with a knife and fork on a plate because I wasn't able to pick it up without it falling apart.

The drive thru staff was friendly, but when I got home I was missing 2 parts of my order. When I called the staff member said to come up with my reciept ( which completely surprised me as I was just up there thirty minutes prior and described my whole order) I told him i'm not driving 30 minutes for mozzarella sticks and some cheese, which were forgotten in my order. My problem is there was no resolve offered.Like, we can replace your items at a later date, or when you're in the area.The next time. My order was two combo meals I had substituted the fries and paid the additional surcharge for the mozzarella sticks.And I had also ordered cheese for my potato cakes for the second combo. So if you're pulling two combos, as the monitor would clearly say, I would probably be a little confused when there was no fries on there and that will cause me to look closer and see something else was substituted. I guess my biggest issue was the lack of resolve.
