I was just there this morning at 6:58 am and ordered $12.18 worth of food to take home and they forgot the two hash browns, so I turn around to go back. This one comes to the window looking like she is half awake and can't speak and I tell the hash browns are not in bag. She goes over to tell this other one and she comes storming to the window like she is the boss of the place and starts at me, "that will be a dollar" I asked why there is two on the receipt and not one in the bag. She than takes receipt and runs back with it not in a bag and hands it to other one to give to me. Than tells me that she bagged the order and put at least one in bag. So now I am being called a liar by this little smartass and I didn't have the hash browns. I mean come on McDonald's you can't see what you have working there, little girls that talk to customers like crap and say they are lying over a damn $1.00 piece of food, REALLY!! If wanted to lie about food it would be for more than a dollar item. You have two rude little children at the window handing food out and it's not hard of a job. Just think what it would be like if these two little girls had to work in a demanding job, the big shot that ran to window to confront me will have a rude awaking one day. I am not done either, I am waiting on the corporate office to call me back, I am doing it just because the way she ran back to window to start a fight over a $1.00 hash brown. Oh by the way when I looked at the receipt again it did show I order two hash browns just I like said. And these fast food workings want more money to treat customers like crap, PLEASE do the one you have right first. Teach your half awake and I know everything employees some customers skills, also tell the one at the that can't speak to close her mouth while standing there not saying anything, no one wants to look at that.

Read moreCame to pick up my mobile order. Got to the second window and they were out of apple pies. They offered me “something else”. I asked them what are my options and the kid told me ice cream and said ummmmm, he just kinda played stupid. So I said “can I just get a refund” he said technically but my manager is in the bathroom. The way he said it was like I was out of luck. At this point I’m like screw it. I used my points on a free quarter pounder I’ll just take the loss. So he hands me my food and shuts the window. I’m still waiting for drinks and when he comes back to the window asking what else I was waiting for I tell him. He looks around and makes the Coke Zero and hands me a tea. Now I can’t confirm this Tea was just a random tea sitting on the counter. But I saw it there when I drove up and the fact that he still had to make the Coke and looked around confused when I needed my drinks made is suspicious. That and the fact that the tea had no ice and was not cold. Maybe they just brewed some fresh tea but I wasn’t gonna risk it since I didn’t have to wait behind anyone and I saw the tea when I pulled up. I took the tea but I threw it away when I got home.
We also sat there for a little too. So at least the fries could have been fresh. They were not.
It’s unfortunate that service has taken such a nose dive and I try to be patient. I could have demanded my refund and I really should have. But the employee here lacked any enthusiasm and I really couldn’t tell if he was uninterested in helping or just kind of simple in the head.
I promise never to visit this location again. It’s always pretty bad here but when your employees don't see any issue with not giving people the bare minimum of what they actually paid for. You...
Read moreThe The night before I drove through there drive through and place and order. We had been out shopping all day. Rather than going home trying to cook we stopped into McDonald's. Got home bite into my quarter pounder with cheese and I had a long blond hair in my mouth. I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager. The manager on duty was a Male never gave me his name, but asked what did I want him to do about it. Wow he said I could bring the sandwich back and he would return my money....lol. The next day had my daughter take me back to McDonald's with the sandwich and recite. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager the young lady said that she was a manager and walked away. Started doing something else. Keep in mind I am on a Walker because I have sever back and knee pain. One of the cashier came up and asked if she could assist me. I explained that I thought the manager was going to help me. The other assist manager came back over. I presented her with the problem. I was told that they would replace my sandwich. I asked to have my entire order replaced. She stated she could not do that, but would get the store manager. The store manager came out and stated she would me the two for $5 buck deal and that's it. I explained that I would like to have my entire order replaced as a matter of inconvenience. She stated this is a business and they are not going to do that. Asked me if I brought it shirt from Walmart and it was torn would I return and asked for two shirts.
