I have to say I don't expect much from fast food. Without being rude, I realize it's pretty much a thankless job. But it's a job, and if it's your job you should be doing your best. That's how jobs work. No one at this location is doing this. The first thing I noticed was the floor. So greasy in the customer area there will be a slip and fall situation if there hasn't already. It's a sad sight inside. This was my first and last visit. If I had to guess I'd say there are 20 tables inside. 2 were in use, 2 were available for use and the rest were filthy with food on them, food on the floor. It looked like the aftermath of a high school food fight scene out of a movie. There were 8 customers in front of me, all have already ordered and were waiting. None of them were impressed. It was a 20 minute wait. I did not receive all of my order and I didn't check it before I left. I was just happy to leave. An 8 piece meal with 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, Cole slaw and biscuits. $20. Good deal. When I arrived home and started setting up, I had a 6 piece bucket with 1 mashed potatoes, no gravy. I did get the Cole slaw and biscuits. I did not drive back, I ignored all of the red flags and gave it a fair shot anyway. When I placed my order I asked for honey for the biscuits, and the girl said yes you can have that, just ask for it when they bring your food up. Maybe that's ok I dunno but it seemed pretty weird to me. Of the 7 or 8 employees, 2 were literally just standing there the entire time I was there. Another was furiously wiping the same 3 feet of counter space right in front of him and 2 walked outside several times for no apparent reason. I know this is a long story but it's amazing the things you notice in 20 minutes. Basically there was no sense of urgency amongst the staff, no one gave an ish and it showed. If you're really in the mood for some KFC, open up your Google Maps and find the next nearest location, go on and...
Read moreI went thru the drive thru. When I placed my order the girl was nice and helpful. I ordered a two piece leg and thigh with potato wedges and sweet corn, a 3 piece dark with mashed potatoes and green beans with a drink, and a chocolate chip cake. I was told that they were out of the cakes until tomorrow so I asked for the dozen chocolate chip cookies. When I got to the window for pick up and payment, the girl there handed me a bag with the two meals in it...I should have checked it when I was there but I didn't because you have to have some trust in the workers. She took my payment and told me to have a nice day. I said I still needed my cookies. She looked at me like I had my whole order. She had to look at the screen again to see that I didn't get my cookies...like she didn't believe me. Then she handed me another bag with each cookie in it's own little bag. Upon getting home I opened the two piece...no sweet corn. The 3 piece was okay but only got 11 cookies instead of a dozen. Two mistakes in one simple order...not good. I did not call to complain because they would just say their sorry and I could come back...no I don't want to go back. I should get what I order the first time. There should be a second check before the bags are handed to the customers so these mistakes don't happen. When the customer gets home with their meal(s) you have to understand that they don't want to get back in their car to go back to make the order correct...they want to eat and relax after their work day or they have to eat and run onto their next activity of the day. I will probably go back one day but I will check everything before I...
Read moreI placed a mobile order with the idea that it would be ready either when I got there or shortly there after. When I arrived to pick up my order, it wasn’t even started… however when the cashier went to print my ticket to start my order it disappeared from the pos system. The cashier repeatedly asked for assistance, she was ignored by what seemed to be the supervisor on duty. When she finally was able to find my order on the order screen to prove to that I had placed it the supervisor told her not to make my order. The supervisor then got on the phone with the GM who told her to obviously make my order. The entire crew then ignored The cashier as she was rushed to make my order. They ignored her when she asked for some mash potatoes from the drive through side and she damn near had to beg to get help with the lobby that slowly was filling up with people. The supervisor on duty was extremely dismissive and rude. She blatantly ignored me and did not speak to once besides accusing me of cancelling my order. It took over 40 minutes from when I submitted my order to when I finally received it. The only reason I did not verbally express the entirety of my frustration with this situation was the cashier’s visible effort to resolve this situation. I am extremely disappointed in this store and I most definitely will never be placing a mobile order for this location again. And be assured that everyone I know is getting told about this. I am so disappointed by this location and especially the piss poor management that was...
