It’s just not a welcoming atmosphere. They don’t make you feel like they want your business. One young lady did speak when we came in. As we walked to the back there was a man and a woman. Neither of them spoke or asked if we needed help. My mother eventually kept saying “Excuse me Ms., Excuse me Ms., Excuse me Ms.”, but the woman completely ignored her. The man heard her, but he ignored her request for help as well. I finally walked up to the woman and asked her a question. She almost seemed bothered that we wanted help. Read moreI went into Rally House looking for a new Lions shirt for myself and got a Salute to Service T Shirt. Kari had pointed out the hoodies to me and I knew my husband would love one. They didn’t have his size so she placed an order for me. As I was on my way home I noticed the street name was spelled with an extra letter and I called. She was more than helpful in trying to correct it and offered to refund and reorder mine if I didn’t get it.
